We were in early October, it was still not very cold, but the heat was no longer observed. We were told that the season was already closed and we would be alone in the hotel.
Ivan, the owner of the hotel, showed us to the room. Thank you, the room was with a sea view, although not everyone will have such happiness, since a new hotel was built in front of our hotel and it blocked many rooms from the entire sea view. There was no hot water in the room, I don’t know if this is always the case or because the hotel was already closed (why then they confirmed the reservation, they would say that they no longer work). They got out of the situation with an electric kettle, which, by the way, was not quite working, turned on in a certain position, which had to be found. Thank God, my husband repaired it with his hands.
The blanket was warm. The doors closed well, no problems, the elevator worked, there was toilet paper, a hairdryer, towels, Wi-Fi was normal, an iron, TV with Russian channels, the furniture, of course, was so-so, apparently remade from the old one. Even the legs on the dressing table were attached in different directions. In terms of equipment, there are no complaints: a large closet, a hanger at the entrance, a large bed, a dressing table with a pouffe, a sofa with a coffee table, a small refrigerator and a wicker table with two chairs on the balcony), in principle, I think it’s normal for two.
With dishes, only, as for me, an underset, it will not be enough (a tray, two cups in discord and a teaspoon), I would like at least a couple of plates, forks... The switch in the bathroom was poorly attached, fell out constantly, apparently they made a mistake. They came to change towels and clean up once a week, but in principle it didn’t upset us, we didn’t stay in the room so much and didn’t have much time to litter, but mostly we drove around Montenegro in a rented car and admired the beauty of the country, in fact, why did we and arrived.
The sea is wonderful, clean, the beach is large, everything is close to the hotel. We were when there were not many people on the beach. The nature is very beautiful, the people are good, in all the cafes that we have been, there is a menu in Russian, the portions are very large, you can safely order one for two. So, Montenegro, a very beautiful country, is worth a look, but what about the hotel, don’t expect anything supernatural, it’s not Turkey or Egypt, where everything is inclusive and there is a large adjacent area for entertainment, you just go to sleep. By the way, the noise of cars during the day drowned out the sound of the sea, if someone wants to enjoy it on their balcony, then it is possible at night, when fewer cars drive.

The hotel or villa is new. Yes, uncomfortable. Yes, the fool built it. But it's still fresh.
There is no common territory or park. Just an overnight stay. The hotel does not stink. The floor is tiled everywhere - it's cold. Blankets are thin and small. It is necessary to spend the whole night traveling or hiding in two layers or with a curtain (which has disappeared from me).
The room is noisy, cold and dark. Big noise from the road!! ! The balcony did not fully close and sleep with the door closed, sho with the door open.
The second huge trouble is that they don’t clean up the nirren. Yes, towels were changed 2 times a week, but they didn’t take out the garbage, they didn’t add toilet paper (wiped it with napkins), they didn’t sweep it - I walked on the sand that I applied on the very first day. There are towels, but they can grind the heels - they are so rough. Soap, no shampoo.
There is a working condo, a kettle, a couple of cups (probably left from the guests - they are all different).
Now about what's next. Opposite there is a large hotel - Splendid. From it you can catch Wi-Fi on the beach without a password (splendid conference). I didn’t understand where to buy SIM cards, but Wi-Fi is everywhere.
Carefully! Intestinal infection is seasonal. I was unlucky, I picked up one of their rests (Porti, after three fishermen at once) and was put out of action for a day! take coal, enterosgel, toilet paper and your favorite icon with you! )) Chills, fever, diarrhea and vomiting.
The restaurant said that this is always the case with them in the season. Kind of norms.
Supermarkets are very boring. I didn't know what to buy there.
Local girls and boys are not beautiful. But kind of friendly.
A week is a lot for this outback.

We had HB food, after breakfast we went to the sea and were there all day, until dinner, What walls? I looked at the sea live, and not from the balcony. The sea is excellent, the beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance to the sea is gentle, clear, warm water. What else does? Sunbeds are paid - two sunbeds and an umbrella 8 euros, but next to it no one forbids you to lay something of your own, put your umbrella. We had half board, breakfast and dinner. To do this, we visited the nearby hotel ANITA. I also liked everything. The girls who serve are friendly and agile. Breakfast is standard, or eggs, or vegetables, cheese, tomatoes. It's all brought to you at the table. There is no buffet. Dinner is always first, salad and main course - two to choose from, plus dessert. True, what surprised me was that there was no food on the day of arrival and departure. At first we thought that we were just kicked off, but then the vacationers told us that yes, it is. The embankment for walking along the sea is large, with many kiosks and cafes. Who eats himself - there is also where to eat. For example, in the hotel that we ate, breakfast for strangers was 4 euros, dinner - 5 euros. It is also possible to get directly to Budva, to the embankment, through a pedestrian tunnel nearby. And there - walk along the embankment at least the whole night. And also a sea of cafes, kiosks, there is even a small market. For lovers of a relaxing, family holiday - I recommend this hotel. Although there is a lot for young people in Becici itself and in Budva.

We rested at this villa from 3 to 10 June 2018. I have never "rested" anywhere. A new building was built 5 meters opposite, which COMPLETELY covered all the beautiful sea views offered to the tourist by the tour operator on the sites. Arriving in the afternoon, we found a troika in full swing. the shock was indescribable. Dust, concrete mixer noise at 9 pm. And at one in the morning and until 5 in the morning, water flowing in noisy streams from the flooded formwork opposite the balcony. Noise and chirping could be heard even through the tightly closed balcony. There was not a single soapy object in the room itself. They asked. They gave me soap and a sachet with gel. One time per week. . The bed has never been changed! Towels changed once a week! What a game! The floors were washed once a week, and then at the request! The furniture is terrible, the corners of the wooden bed are sharp, the legs are still wounded. Because the distance between the bed and the table is 20 cm. The corner is not just sharp, but with a sticking piece of wood. which leaves scratches when touched. There is no reception in this villa. There's a funny table downstairs with a tablecloth and an ad stand on it, and that's it. . Doors are a different story: they are there, but the system that closes them requires such effort and scope that the returning guests of the villa, slamming the doors to close, left an echo on all floors until late at night. And so on several times, otherwise the terrible squeaking and beeping does not stop. From the inside, the door did not close, the lock was broken, and in the morning the maids checked if there was anyone in the room by simply opening and peeking. The bathroom is so crowded that, excuse me, it was not possible to put on linen without hitting the walls with elbows and knees. Representatives of Join up are frostbitten egoists who need to be judged, or at least punished with fines for quality control of the services provided! They HAVE to warn about the construction! This is a condition in the civilized world of services and tourism! Pilon representatives didn't give a damn about tourists. They brought it, threw it away, and as you wish, endure your rest. The owner of the Villa Ivan, unscrupulous, lies on all issues, one key is issued. During the week, there was heavy rain with wind twice, and all the crumbs of cement from the neighboring building flew across the window of the room with a wild thud. No one cleaned the balcony, dirty from cement, for a WEEK. I did not understand this Europe at all. I have been and traveled to many places, but I have not yet seen such a side as Ivan the owner of the villa, the tour operator Joi up and the Pilon agency showed us. It is depressing that the service of disgusting services is provided by Russian-speaking workers or emigrants. Shame on you. I'll post pics of the horror wherever I can.

I don’t quite understand the previous comments, it feels like people are writing about different villas! The light on the floors is automatic there, you need to turn it on yourself, the fact that there is no soap - I think this is something that you can deal with by going on vacation to Montenegro and, first of all, enjoying its nature, the "ugly construction site" is almost invisible nearby, shelves in the bathroom, etc.
