We stayed at this villa in September this year. We liked it very much. The room is small but cozy and clean. Cleaning and change of towels every 2 days. Hot water always. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need (only the knives are blunt, it's better to have your own). We had room number 10 on the second floor, with a balcony and a sea view. But judging by the villa, the rest of the rooms there are good. The owner is very nice and ready to help with everything.
The beach, shops - everything is very close. 15 minutes walk to Budva.
The only downside is the weak Wi-Fi on the second floor. On the first one it catches much better.
