I'll start from the beginning. We, me, my husband and our 6-year-old daughter flew from Kyiv to Tivat by Khors airline. The flight went well. We landed in Tivat, quickly passed through passport control. At the exit we were met by the travel agent "Alpha" Ksenia. Sweet, smiling girl. We were put into a minibus that took us to the hotel. Very quickly, without any delay and additional payment, we were settled in a good room. No complaints. And the bed linen and towels in the bathroom are snow-white. A full minibar, although its prices bite. There have never been any complaints about the staff. All people are friendly, always smiling. Ready to help at any moment. They are constantly interested in whether everything suits us, whether it is tasty cooked in the restaurant where we ate. Even the children in the pool and on the territory of the hotel did not require special attention from their parents. The staff does not intrusively look after them. Get the kids involved in some games.
Food is a separate issue. You can tell a lot and for a long time. I counted 12 types of bread alone. Hot, meat, fish, vegetables, salads, side dishes, desserts, fruits. All this is cooked in different ways and very tasty. Desserts are generally a fairy tale.
The hotel has its own beach. Very clean and well appointed. Beach towels are issued according to the card that you receive upon check-in. The sea is incomparable, velvety, very clean, warm. If you do not want to swim in the sea, please, there are three open and one indoor pools with a sauna and a jacuzzi for you.

You feel the attention and care of yourself all the time both from the hotel staff and from the travel agent. All excursions were provided by our Ksyusha.
We went to the Ostrog Monastery and Lake Skadar. Many thanks to our driver Milan, who so masterfully drives the orom bus along the mountain serpentine, and our guide Bilyana Chetkovic, for a wonderful tour and a wonderful story about Montenegro, its people, and its traditions. When it was time to leave, I really didn't want to. At the entrance to the hotel, a bus with an escort, our Xenia, was waiting for us, and took us to the airport. The travel agent was with us until we passed registration and control, and we could turn to her for any question that arose.
Of course, I have little experience of vacationing abroad and I don’t presume to judge, but we really liked Montenegro, and this is a great merit of the hotel in which we lived and the service staff of this hotel. I highly recommend for families with children of any age and for those who like a quiet comfortable stay. It's just some kind of miracle.
