The hotel was chosen according to the criteria: next to Budva, but not in it (cleaner sea, less city noise), fresh renovation, availability of a kitchen in the room, low price.
We took a studio room. The first impression of the room is a stupor, where are the windows?? ? a room measuring 3x3m with blank walls, a kitchen-studio 1.5x1.5m and the same bathroom. Light came into the room only from the balcony door in the kitchen.
But they quickly got used to this situation - they only slept in the room, but ate and rested - on the balcony overlooking the approaching mountains.
To the sea 5 min walk. We moved to the right closer to the Splendid hotel - there are fewer people and the water is cleaner. On the way back there is a slight climb.
We didn't order food. Some food was brought with them. The rest was bought - next to a couple of small shops, restaurants, a 10-minute walk - a supermarket.

The hotel does not have a territory, Wi-Fi was stably catching only on the street near the entrance, or it was necessary to get out through the balcony railing.
During the two weeks of our stay, the linen was changed once, towels - three times, the garbage was taken out a couple of times. Toilets and showers are new and in good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen has crockery and an electric stove. On the balcony there is a table and a dryer.
There is no noise from the road and from the embankment. The evenings are quiet and peaceful.
I recommend the hotel only to those tourists who come to enjoy the sea and the natural beauty of Montenegro and spend a minimum of time in the room. (if you're lucky with the weather)
