We arrived at the hotel at 10:30. We were told that our room was not ready (this is the first time in our travel practice). We were told to wait until 12:00. At 12:00 we were told to wait until 13:00. Finally, at half past two, the number was ready. I booked a room with a sea view. The room was on the first floor, next to the laundry room, with a "wonderful" smell from the laundry room overlooking the bodies lying by the pool. After asking for clarification, they explained to us that all rooms facing the sea are considered to have a sea view.
While we were waiting, things remained in the foyer, but I had things bought in duty free in the package that I could not leave in the foyer, I was offered to leave them at the reception. After I picked it up, some items were missing. Asking to see if they fell out of the package, at the reception I was told that no one had seen anything. Having called my tour operator in Moscow, I managed to get another room for us. While we were moving at the pace of a waltz, the room had to be mastered at the speed of a bullet, I forgot some cosmetics in the room, it was not returned to me either. I won't dwell on other features of the "five-star" hotel service for a long time, but the most interesting thing was on departure. In advance, I asked for a printout of the invoice, they gave it to me with a huge amount, when I asked for clarification, I was told that this was a system error. The account was reduced four times.

I started to check all the checks, there were other names and surnames. One check turned out to be with my fake signature, printed on a printer. I said that I want to pay for everything today, because I have an early check-out, which they didn’t do safely at the reception, forgetting to include the last two bills. And finally, they forgot to wake us up and we almost missed the plane. When at the reception I asked why we were not awakened, I did not hear any apologies or regrets. The administrator first said that they didn’t write me down, and then brazenly lied that she woke me up and I talked to her. Being late, we flew out of the rooms, and at the reception we were still waiting for the remains of two bills, which I asked to be calculated from the evening. To sum up: I have not seen worse service for 5 stars. It's 3.4 stars at best, but not 5. Untrained, arrogant staff, especially at the reception.
Here they do not care about every client, but only think about how to get as much money from the guests as possible. The service here is illiterate, uncivilized, slow, they serve for a very long time, first they bring the bill, and then everything else, they don’t speak English well, that they speak Russian with a terrible “Montenegrin” accent, which is surprising for the best hotel in the country. This hotel, or rather its staff spoiled the whole impression of such a wonderful country. If you want to relax, feel the care and attention of the hotel staff, relax your body and soul, feel all the delights of a 5-star hotel, this is not Splendid. LOVE YOUR MONEY!! ! And for some reason it seemed to me that the hotel does not like Russians, although there are 90 percent of them. Also, get ready to not be allowed into the hotel with your drinks and food (this is the policy of the hotel).. .
