1. The villa is located in a very very comfortable and cozy place. Next to it is a supermarket (where prices are lower than anywhere else). Close to the sea (but the sea is not visible from the window), relatively close to Budva and Rafailovichi. There is no road under the windows (because most villas are built next to the road).
2. Rooms - small (see 6) with balconies, but they have everything you need (TV, air conditioning, wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables, hair dryer). The bathroom is cramped, but you will not sleep there : )) There are mini kitchens with stoves then as if "woke up" and started working properly. There is everything in the kitchen! ! ! necessary tools (but I advise you to bring a sharp knife).
3. Wi-Fi was great! ! ! ! ! Amazed movies, TV online. skype super.
4. Cleaning-moisture 2-3 times a week, change the post. linen once a week. The towels were fresh on the 2nd day. I advise you to take your own towel on the beach.

5. The hosts are really friendly people.
We asked for everything we needed and they did it. (The water in the sink flowed badly - they came immediately complained and the owners fixed everything).
6. prices - in short, not low.
