We stayed at the end of July - beginning of August 2017.
They were very satisfied, they did not expect the supernatural. Price quality.
Room 15 - 2 rooms (separate with two single beds + living room-bedroom with double bed), small kitchen with stove and refrigerator (dishes, cutlery, kettle, cezve, dishwashing liquid, pots and pans, oil, salt, cups , glasses, etc. - everything was there), a bathroom with a shower (somewhere there is mold at the bottom, but in general the bathroom looks neat). Outside, the room also had a table with chairs and a clothes dryer.
In the living room-bedroom, in addition to the bed, there is a sofa (most likely a folding one, we did not check it), a dining table with chairs, a wardrobe with hangers, a couple of bedside tables, a modern TV, and air conditioning. There were enough outlets.
Wifi is available, sometimes intermittent, but tolerable.

The villa is located on a hillock, the rise from the main street may seem difficult (we were fine). The rooms are on the first floor (photo from the site with a veranda with bamboo furniture), but other guests constantly pass by there. We lived on the 3rd floor, but due to the mountainous terrain, we didn’t have a balcony, but just a mini-courtyard, divided by partitions for three rooms - each had its own table at its door.
Beach - 10 minutes leisurely walk - go down to the street, bypass the splendid on the left or right. We went around on the left - without crossing the road, go left, there will be an overpass, then go down the stairs to the sea. The sea is clean until lunchtime, then there is garbage from people... You can go to other beaches, everything is within walking distance.
Grocery store Mega (similar to Pyaterochka) - 10 minutes walk, right down the street. The prices are adequate.
They say you can drink water from the tap, we did not risk it.
Becici is much better than Budva (crowds of people, crowded beaches, Anapa) and Rafailovici (very narrow beach and promenade filled with restaurants). You can walk to the beginning of Budva in 15 minutes along the road or 25 through the tunnel on the embankment. To Sveti Stefan - from 30 minutes on foot. There are buses - to Sveti Stefan, for example, about 1 euro.
Near the villa there is a good restaurant Stari Hrast (old oak) - the portions are large, the prices are reasonable. For example, delicious meat 250 gr + french fries - 6-7 euros. We went there almost every day.
