We went to Montenegro from April 27.2007 to May 7.2007 through the company Lubosvit, the ticket cost 280 euros. It was called the Queen of the Adriatic.

let's start with the train, we traveled by train to Chop, almost 18 hours. In Chop we changed to a bus, the bus was declared euro-class, but obviously did not reach it, the seats were old, the TV showed badly.

At the border with Hungary, the accompanying representative of the company, she is also the director, reported that at the border you can change money for forints (Hungarian currency), but they immediately got on the bus and drove through for inspection, as a result, almost no one had time to change money. 3 hours, luggage looked selectively.

Then we drove through the territory of Hungary to Budapest, we drove 500 km for 8 hours, we made stops for the toilet, it took 30-45 minutes each time, although 10-15 minutes could have been enough if everything was organized normally. Next was Budapest, we we arrived at about 20.00, we were given a sightseeing tour of the city, about 2 hours, then we were taken to a hotel located on the outskirts of the city. From the window, the view was of a gas station and girls of the most ancient profession. there was no money. In the morning after breakfast at 8 o’clock we left for Montenegro. We tried to go to the Tesco supermarket, this is a huge supermarket in Hungary, but the exchange office worked from 9.00 and we had to wait 1 hour. In general, we decided to go to Serbia and buy there food on the road.

When we reached the Hungarian-Serbian border, it turned out that the toilets were paid at the border, although before that the whole bus had asked to stop somewhere along the road where the toilets were free, so in the toilet they accepted either forints or small euros, which no one had, the tourists began to resent, after which the escort said that okay, she would lend us Serbian dinars, but already on the Serbian side. When we crossed the border, she told us that we would stop after 70 km to the toilet and the store so that we could change some money and immediately spend it because there is more to spend we will have nowhere to go, in general we did just that, but after that we stopped twice more in Serbia and also drove back through Serbia. Compared to Hungary, Serbia is a very poor country, Belgrade is kind of gray and not fully completed after the war.

Instead of the declared 10-hour road to Montenegro, we drove for 22 hours, especially since we had a tour without night crossings, but thank God that we drove through the mountains at night and did not see which road we were taking. On the way back, we were less fortunate we drove in the afternoon and saw that there were some 20-35 cm left before the cliff. When we were driving through the mountains, we hit a car, but everything turned out fine. At 6 in the morning we arrived in Becici.

We were settled in three different villas, they were different not only in name but also in quality, it was a shame that the vouchers cost the same for everyone and the quality of the rooms was very different, as if they were playing a lottery. The nature in Montenegro is very beautiful, but I was very reminded of Crimea. The sea is very clean and transparent, the beaches are sandy and about 2 km long. In general, I liked it. On the first day we went to Budva and the city of Bar.

Budva is similar to Yalta, but not in architecture, but in prices and the number of people. There are a lot of Russians and Ukrainians, the language is something between Russian Polish and Ukrainian but with its own flavor, in general, there were no special problems in understanding each other, the euro currency. Lunch for four of us it cost an average of 20-30 euros, depending on what we ordered, they have a lot of seafood, they have a large platter of fish, it is designed for two, but it is quite possible for four. however, if the men are not very gluttonous, this dish cost 28 euros + 3 shopskie salads + wine = 40 euros but very tasty, and the portions are large. We went to the Bay of Kotor, the view is very beautiful but there was a storm and we did not go out into the open sea.

It makes no sense to go to the city of Bar, although they say that there are very low prices for Italian shoes and clothes, 200 km from the border with Italy by sea. In fact, prices for shoes are within 40-60 euros and old collections. And the city is not very beautiful . We went to the Ostrog monastery, nothing special and my advice is to go uphill by taxi for 1 euro per person, because the climb is very difficult.

We returned by the same road to Ukraine as we had gone. The road is very tiring and it is better to fly to Montenegro by plane in the summer, charter flights are allowed.

Conclusion: I will NEVER go through this travel agency again because the organization is at the lowest level, it felt like they just came at our expense and were only doing their own business. The trip organization spoiled the whole impression of the country and vacation.
