July 20 Day one.
We arrived in Borispol. The air temperature is 19°C, after a thirty-degree heat for a week, such a decrease was very noticeable.
Check-in began two hours before departure. We were one of the first to check in our luggage and get our boarding passes, we went through customs control without any problems, and then passport control. An hour and a half before departure... in 15 minutes we went around all the "Duty free" (but still a small airport in Kyiv). We were amused by 4 girls with “bright” heads, we noticed them even before registration, all over the store the girls were desperately choosing genuine quality goods. And we calmly waited for our flight...
Well, finally, they announced the beginning of the landing.
The bus took us straight to the gangway, and friendly flight attendants invited us on board.
On the plane, we were told where the emergency exits were and how to put on an oxygen mask in case of depressurization. Yes, the flight is delayed. . .
Finally, we are ready to fly. The plane picks up speed and now it has torn off the landing gear from the runway, and we are flying. The distance from the earth is increasing, and the clouds are getting closer.
A pleasant flight, but after two hours I got tired of flying, I want to go to the sea as soon as possible. Well, what is it... what beautiful mountains and here it is the sea.
The last twenty minutes of the flight flew by very quickly, and the girls of the airport workers are already standing by the plane, ready to meet passengers. They smile kindly and show you how to get to the terminal. The temperature is 26°C, but not at all hot. We quickly passed through passport control, took our luggage and boarded the bus of the host country.
From Tivat to Budva we drove about 30 minutes, the time difference with Kiev is minus 1 hour.
We arrived at the villa "Lydia". The owners, husband and wife, are just amazing. They smile and joke. The name of the villa was given in honor of the hostess.
A little about the villa. This is a large two story house. There are only 4 rooms for tourists, so there is no noisy traffic in the villa. Nice and beautiful garden. Palm trees and wonderful flowers grow there.
The room pleased us even more. Clean, cozy, comfortable. The room has air conditioning and TV. Medium sized balcony overlooking the garden. On the balcony there is a canopy, drying for things and a table with chairs. It's nice to have breakfast and tea there. The bathroom is small in size, but everything is clean and nice too. Shower cabin, hot water tap. Towels, toilet paper, soap. Such little things, but sometimes we forget them at home. And the kitchenette, or rather a kitchen corner, fits so nicely and harmoniously into the overall picture. A stove with two burners, an electric kettle, a sink, a plate dryer, a refrigerator and a complete set of dishes - cups, plates, knives, spoons, forks, etc. in general, everything you need!!!
Yes, it’s nice to buy a ticket, trusting only the tour agent and comments on the Internet, to make sure that both are true.
Yes, the villa really did not let us down, but vice versa. Very nice hosts, pleasant accommodation (only 5 minutes to the beach), grocery store nearby. On the way to the beach shops, pharmacies and restaurants.
If rest for you is silence, comfort and care, then "Lydia" is just what you need.
We, of course, immediately upon arrival went to the sea. The beach didn't make us happy. A lot of people, sun beds and an umbrella. It’s hard to find a place for a bedding, and you don’t want to pay 5 euros for a sunbed and an umbrella. But we do not despair. We found a place and went swimming. Sea fairy tale. Warm and blue. Calm. But since the same beach was chosen for motor boats and yachts, the water got a little dirty. And yes, there is noise. Music from bars, screams of children and growling of motor boats. A little tuned up. But having refreshed ourselves in the sea, we decided to go along the coast to look for a quieter place. We reached the old city. Of course it's impressive. Narrow streets, houses with red-tiled roofs, cobbled road. And what is most interesting, it is impossible to get lost. Well, or you need to really want it. The old city was built in such a way that you will not find a dead end in it. We never came back, yes, we may have passed the same street several times, but nothing, it's very beautiful there. Yes, and in the new city, no matter how you go, you will go out onto the track.
We decided to return to the old city in the evening. On the way to the villa, we bought fruit and went to the supermarket. The prices were a pleasant surprise. If translated into hryvnia, then for many products the prices are the same as not in Ukraine.
In the old city in the evening we went to a restaurant. Seafood dinner. Spaghetti with seafood and fish. We celebrated our arrival in Montenegro. The portions are really big. Very tasty food and great service.
We made plans for tomorrow, walked along the embankment, and by the way, life in Budva is in full swing in the evening. Attractions, slot machines, restaurants, discos are all at your disposal on the waterfront. For us, peace and tranquility is better. Tired of the day, and having had enough of a delicious dinner, we went to rest. We have a busy day tomorrow
