Hotel ratings by criteria:
Admiral Club - strong 3 stars, maybe even with a plus, but not indicated on the gates of the hotel and tour operators - 5 stars.

Some websites say that the hotel has its own private beach on the island of St. Nicholas near Stara Budva and that a free boat takes hotel guests there. Now, don't believe it. This beach has not been near the hotel for about five years.

You will have to go to the usual municipal, which, however, is quite natural for Europe. Two sun loungers with an umbrella on the beaches of Budva cost 5-7 euros per day.

To the beach - 500 meters. On the territory of the hotel Slovenska Plaza. Basically, go far.

Well, the sea is amazing. The purest. Affectionate. Actually, for the sake of it and the surrounding mountains, covered with lush vegetation, you go here, to Montenegro.

But back to our sheep, that is, to the hotel. The hotel is small, cozy, three-storey. Rooms vary in size. My wife and I had a spacious room on the second floor with a large terrace overlooking the pool and mountains surrounding the bay.
Our children have a room half the size with a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel. You could almost reach the wall with your hand. But one girl was settled on the first floor, so not only did she not have a balcony, but the window overlooked the hotel corridor. Lottery, so to speak. For the same money.

The rooms - TV, telephone, air conditioning, small refrigerator, toilet and shower.

Towels, soap, shampoo are changed and added every day. The bed is changed two or three times a week. But they do it regularly. And they do it very quietly and unobtrusively.

But it was difficult to fall asleep in the evening with an open balcony. Hours until 2-3 nights from a nearby restaurant thundered "live" music. And being on our balcony (terrace) in the evening was also not very joyful, despite the lovely views. Below us was the kitchen. The eternal smells of fried fish and meat partly deprived us of the joy of a serene existence.

The pool is small.
They cleaned it every morning. But no one bathed in it. We didn't risk it either. Still, the Adriatic Sea is not so far away.

Breakfast - menu. That is, every day (every morning) is the same thing. Two bagels, one block each of jam, honey and butter. The choice of their cold drinks is three juices (orange, tomato, blueberry) or yogurt. From hot - coffee, tea. cocoa. From food, so to speak, scrambled eggs with ham, scrambled eggs with bacon, scrambled eggs or a cold breakfast (chopped cheese, ham, prosciutto (Montenegrin dried ham). That is, you can choose only one thing. Yes, you can also order either corn porridge ( oatmeal was on the menu, but it was never there), corn flakes with milk (we didn’t buy wheat either) or boiled eggs.

That is, in general, not bad. Fortunately, the sea is wonderful and one and a half kilometers away is the medieval old town of the heyday of the Venetian Republic, with narrow, tiny streets and glorious cafes and restaurants.

In general, you can dine in a restaurant for two with drinks for 20-25 euros. For example, a portion of freshly caught and cooked in some kind of sauce or grilled mussels costs 5-8 euros. Vongole - 7-10 euros. Oysters - 2.5-3 euros apiece. A bottle of white wine Krstac or red Vranac in a restaurant - 12 euros. In the store - 2 with change. Beer in a restaurant - 1.5 euros. In the store, respectively, cheaper.

And in the afternoon for 1 euro you can eat a good pizza or for 1.5 euros a big hamburger with meat, which is grilled in front of your eyes and richly seasoned with vegetables.

But if you are used to the service of Turkish 5-star hotels and all inclusive meals...Well, choose. Either endure minor inconveniences, or ...back to Turkey.

Yes, in the end, it is better to buy excursions not in hotels. It will be 10-20 euros cheaper.
And when flying away from the airport in the town of Tivat and deciding to have a bite to eat at the airport cafe (since your flight will definitely be delayed from an hour to a day), check with the barman (waiter) for a check. At the airport, they like to cheat on our brother.
