The villa is conveniently located, almost in the center of the city, 3 minutes walk to the municipal beaches, but we went to Mogren, it's 10-15 minutes. At the same time, the villa stands on a quiet street, where discos and city noise are not heard. In this regard, everything is excellent.
The villa itself is clean but very simple, our room was just a box in which they put some kind of furniture, without really understanding what went where (for example, the closet in the bedroom closed half the door to the balcony and the light switch on the balcony was behind the closet)
The room consisted of a bedroom and a "living room" with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower (the shower holder was broken, but there was no reaction to the message about this)

The bedroom had a small window and a glass door to the balcony (half closed by a wardrobe), there were no windows at all in the living room, because of this configuration the room was very dark. I didn’t like it, although it may be good in the heat - you can hide in the shade and relax. (we never used the air conditioner, the room was at a comfortable temperature)
There were no interruptions in water supply - the room had its own boiler. The pressure is good.
Light bulbs burned out several times in different places in the room - in the morning they left a note at the reception, in the afternoon everything was already working.
Garbage was removed daily, towels were changed in the same way, bedding was not changed in a week, but there was no particular need for this.
In general, I can’t say that it’s a cool room, but it wasn’t disgusting to be in it, the noise didn’t interfere, no one caused discomfort.
Budva is a good city for recreation. We went to Kotor, Petrovac, Cetinje - I really liked Kotor, but it’s more expensive there, like gasoline film on the sea (maybe due to the fact that huge ocean liners stop there), Petrovac is beautiful, but doing it there is not good at all, boring stuff. And from Budva it is convenient to get by bus wherever you want.
P. S. We traveled through the Neva Travel, they gave us a week at the antro villa and saved us a week at the villa, supposedly you can’t go to the antro for 2 weeks, although the owner offered us a lot of free rooms - stay with me. That's right, food for thought.
