Rested at Villa Astashko with her husband at the end of August 2011 (10 days), in the first room. All liked it. The room is large, cozy, equipped with everything you need: a large closet, chest of drawers, TV set; there is a kitchenette (sink, kettle, microwave, mini-fridge, dishes). Bathroom - toilet, washbasin, shower (hot water included : )). On a small terrace in front of the room - a table, chairs; we often had dinner here.
In addition, the owner was happy to provide the opportunity to use the grill and a huge guest table in the "lobby" in the open air. He also treated us to grapes, with which all the free spaces of this “lobby” are braided, and beer.
But there are two minuses - big and small. Large - the mattress on the bed is so humpbacked that it would be more convenient to sleep on a radiator.
And maaaaaalenky minus - there is no sea view from any room. And the sea is about 10 minutes walk.

Those. as for the price / quality ratio, it could be a little cheaper, so by 50-100 euros / person.
On the way to the sea - grocery stores, a tray with vegetables and fruits, bakeries (bread in Montenegro is amazingly delicious, and even if you don’t abuse pastries at home, here you can’t deny yourself the pleasure of crunching a golden crust at least once a day).
The beaches in Budva are mostly public, therefore not very clean, but at the same time quite crowded. Therefore, I had to get up relatively early to take a comfortable place on the beach (if you sunbathed on your own towels). Sometimes they used sunbeds and umbrellas (each beach is equipped with such pleasures) - from 6 euros per set per day (umbrella, table, 2 sunbeds).
In general, the rest was wonderful, I did not even want to leave.
And as for the hostess - the evil Russian aunt, she sold the villa last year, and now the owner - a Serb - is a cool, kind man.
