Recently returned from this villa, I can not say that I am completely delighted! The previous review is very adequate and truthful. We went on a promotion and did not expect anything special, we were in Budva for the third time and we have something to compare with...
They settled in a room on the 3rd floor, the room is not bad, large (studio 02 + 1), BUT a terrible sewer smell, a tiny toilet, a mini-shower with a curtain (if you are not thin, you will definitely demolish either the washbasin or the shelf), very it's dark in the room - in general, we got a room with a view from the window to the neighboring house, or rather, to the windows from the toilets of the neighboring villa (everyone can hear who when))) ) (see photo). Asked to change - no rooms! Many thanks to the company "Favorit Tour", which immediately responded to our complaints (not only about this), wrote a claim, and the company "R-Tours", which resolved the situation. A week later we were moved to another room on the floor above. Quite another thing - a large window, light, even a partial view of the sea and does not stink from the toilet, shower, etc.
The rooms were cleaned every day and very well, even neatly folded shoes))) BUT!! ! Our girl got sick, there was a strong fever at night and they REFUSED TO CALL THE DOCTOR, or rather Mirko refused (because he is on duty at night) !!! ! I had to take a taxi and take it to the hospital ourselves, as it turned out, everything was very serious and every minute was precious (By the way, they do not accept insurance policies, everything is in cash, collect checks and statements, then upon arrival go to the insurance company and you will be reimbursed for everything).....

The apogee of all this was that we were thrown out of the villa at 9.00 to Slovenskaya beach (we vacated the rooms at 9.00, but asked to leave the bags at the reception until 14.30 - they started yelling), when the transfer was at 14.50 and they knew about it. This has never happened anywhere!!!
Once again, a huge THANK YOU to Elena Rudenko and Svetlana Nikich from R-Tours, who helped to shelter our suitcases in the office.
My advice to you: all questions about rooms and everything else should be resolved first only with the owner STEFAN, and not with the employee MIRKO !! ! If something did not suit you - DO NOT BE PSYCHOLOGICAL and DO NOT SCORE, calmly explain everything, if it does not help - solve all claims with the host.
With numbers - whoever is lucky, generally good, but there are some drawbacks
the location is good, there are many shops and cafes nearby, not noisy at night
the villa has a restaurant - delicious, but you need to order for the evening in the morning
