This is not our first time in Montenegro, we love this country! We come here for beautiful landscapes, the Adriatic Sea and the resin-sea air! And another big plus - 1.5 hours by plane from Lviv, and you're already at the resort! ! ! ! ! Villa Bastrica was one of the economy options in Budva, and it turns out it had its big advantages.

The location is great! the villa is located on the outskirts of Budva, on the border with Becici. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. If you want to go to the Old Town, to the beach Mogren - then go longer - up to 15-20 minutes. An even bigger advantage is the excellent infrastructure of the villa. Above the villa is Mega Market (a famous Montenegrin chain of stores) at affordable prices. If you go above the Market, on the opposite side is the cafe Kuzina (Kuzina). Prices are affordable, the place is loved by locals, so often all the tables are occupied. Below the villa on the opposite side is another Aroma market, here are also affordable prices.

It also has a culinary department that is in demand from both tourists and locals. We have repeatedly bought sausages, chops, potatoes, rice, salads ...everything is very tasty and fresh! ! ! ! ! In addition to markets, there are fruit and vegetable trays right on the street.

The villa has four floors. During the stay, the length of stay is taken into account! Tourists who arrived for 7 nights are accommodated on the 3rd and 4th floors, and tourists for longer nights - 11 (as in our case) on the first and second! The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors are newer, but they don't have a hair dryer! On the ground floor there are rooms for 3 people with kitchen units. On the second stage there are two double and two triple rooms. I recommend rooms 5 (triple) and 6 (double), because they face the villa, while 3 (double) and 4 (triple) face the noisy street. We lived in room 3, the room faces the street with significant, almost round-the-clock traffic (this is their detour).
Although this is not a problem!
You need to close the door tightly, turn on the air conditioner and you can sleep peacefully!

In our room there was a refrigerator, an electric kettle, two cups, a tray. There were no more dishes! The room has a double bed, two bedside tables, a two-door wardrobe with two hangers. The bathroom is quite cramped! It has a washbasin, shower, toilet, mirror and hairdryer. Cosmetics include plenty of liquid soap and toilet paper. Towels were changed three times during our stay, the bed once. The room was cleaned daily. The cleaners are two young women. One of them speaks good English and worse Russian, so all issues were resolved with her.

Food - we did not order a food voucher. And we do not recommend doing it! Those who ordered, ate in the cafe Staryj rybar, located on the ground floor of the villa.
We don't know about the quality, we didn't try to eat there because we were scared away by the smell of fried oil.

The products were mostly bought in Mega Market and Aroma, and they dined at Kuzina several times. In Kuzhina we liked the veal puree soup - 2E, which had a lot of meat! We also tried the national dish - burger (mixed meat made from logs, resembling a large cutlet), add french fries and a little salad - 5E. They took 2E Shopsky salad - cucumber, tomato and soft cheese. Prices in the Market: tomato 0.9-1.1E, figs (fig) 0.9-1.2E, cream cheese (creamy mass) - 10E, milk 0.68E per 1 liter, ice cream 500 g from 1.5E and above. Pekara has a large selection of sweets, rolls (beets) with different fillings and pizzas. Prices from 0.8 There are higher! We love fish and seafood! We were advised Fish grill - located near the market, in the center. Between the market and the baker - a small room, ie freshly loved raw fish, shrimp, squid!
Choose what you like, order at any time (until 21:00) and pick up ready-made grilled fish or seafood! Very convenient and delicious! Much cheaper than in restaurants!
Excursions - we recommend excursions - Canyons and the Bay of Kotor! Interesting excursions for the whole day! we recommend taking them not from a tour operator, but from local agencies. This time we went to Dubrovnik! For comparison, in Join up the price for this tour is 25 €, and in the locals - 18 €, according to the program there is no difference!

Beaches - it is better to walk in the morning - until 11:00 and in the evening - after 17:00, the other is very spectacular and the sea is dirty. The cleanest sea in Kamyanev. This is the area behind Bechychi and Rafailovichi. We walk in the Stone - 40 minutes approximately. You can go by bus. Pebble beaches of different sizes, in Becici and Mogren (1.2) are sandy. An umbrella from the sun was bought in Budva, 10E.

Have a nice holiday in Budva! ! !
