If comfort is important to you, then this place is not for you. And the view from the window to the gas station is also not impressive. From the upper (4th) floor, the sea is barely visible, and from the lower ones it’s completely by. It is unpleasant to sit on the balcony - its function is to dry things. That is, it does not stink of gasoline, it's just not interesting.
Plumbing is so-so, and the door to the bathroom was not fixed in the closed position, so it’s good that close people lived in this room)
3 stars is a joke, does not pull and does not even try. There is no elevator, you have to stomp the stairs with things to the 4th floor. Well, other similar "little things".
