On the 1st floor there is a terrace shared by 4 rooms, all other balconies are double. The room is approx. 10-12 m, there is always shade on the 1st floors. The location is good - 10 min 400 m to the beaches.
Rooms: kettle, refrigerator, sink almost next to the bed, TV. Shower and toilet. There is toilet paper and everything. Towels 2 per person, change 1-3 days, 1 time in 7-10 days. Boiler. Shower cubicle with mold. Air conditioner. Outlets are badly located, but there are ours. Iron in the villa. They take it away. We were the first of the season, but the impression is that the rooms in front of us were slightly removed from the winter and that's it. Gradually, an iron, rugs, and a working TV appeared.
Beaches: directly-Slavic, and left-right-good, Mogren-800m, interesting to go, but there are a lot of people. There are a lot of toilets near the beaches and everywhere you pay €0.5. Free in the mall, cafe-restaurants and how lucky.

Shops: to the mountains through the streets there are several supermarkets, all open until 10-12 at night, the choice and prices are almost the same. And many small shops. To the left of the Masera gas station - 2 pcs. nearby, pork, veal, chicken, beef and derivatives. Weigh and grill for 7-10 minutes. Prices for fresh meat as in Kyiv. They don't have fish. There is grilled capelin €2/100g next to the beach.
Food: prices in restaurants on the beach and inland are almost the same. Ciorba €1.5-3, mussels and squid €8-10/portion, spaghetti €4-8, fish €20-40/kg. Fast food - pizza € 1.5 / huge serving, burger € 1.5-2.5. It is easy and profitable to eat not in restaurants-cafes, but at home: a lot of vegetables, delicious bread, olive oil, feta and other cheeses. Good kaimak and feta. Dry wine Vranac produced by Plantazla and Zypa everywhere €2-2.5 a 1 liter bottle with a tin cap and €3.5 with a cork. Coffee everywhere, Turkish and espresso €8-1, very good. Pekara - a lot, puff pastry, I recommend. Both from 6 am, or even around the clock.
Wi-Fi: the closer to the old town, the better, free.
Maps: uploaded offline to Google, but they are not needed, except for orientation around the country, the distances are small, there are signs everywhere. To the left right along the beach through the tunnel, the beach, the tunnel, a little along the roadway to Sveti Stefan, 4 km, everything on foot is super. Becici and Rafailovici are within easy reach along the same road. To the right, but already by bus from the bus station to Kotor 30 minutes and €3. MidetEran Express €1.5 runs to St. Stephen and everything between it, stops along the main street according to the schedule in 20-30 minutes. The bus station is closer to the mountains from the villa, 10 minutes, buses to all tourist centers.
Excursions: I recommend the Canyons from 6 am to 7 pm - beauty, many places, lunch so-so. In other places, an amateur, for me it's better to go to Kotor, Ulcinj, HN, St. Stefan on your own. The lake is beautiful, but the excursion itself is very calm.
Rental: full, but rights are required, there are a lot of police, fines are high, but you can agree. Cars from €35, scooters from €10, bikes from €7. In Becici in the middle next to the yellow beach paragliders, Englishman and locals, €50 flight, super!!!

If you choose between all the nearby resorts, except for Ulcinj and Herceg Novi, I choose Budva. The best infrastructure, many different beaches, and for a quieter beach walk to Becici Rafailovici 10-20 minutes or € 1.5 / 5 minutes.
And Montenegro itself is a VERY beautiful country!
