Just returned from Montenegro, so the impressions are very fresh. First, about Villa Boreto. Of course, this is two stars, but the apartments are quite comfortable. One big minus - cleaning was not carried out. The maid only changed the towels and threw out the garbage once every two days. She pretended not to understand what she was talking about. Our friends lived in the Blazic villa, where the maid cleaned the apartment every day. Therefore, I gave a rather low rating to the hotel. The location is very convenient. It is close to the sea, although the villa is located on a hill, but it is separated from the road by a garden.
About Budva. Nice place, of course, attracts the old town. Lots of cafes and restaurants. In general, there were no problems with food. It was possible to cook in the room, but you can eat in the city. I recommend Parma restaurant to everyone. There you can order cold cuts for 13 euros. Portions are enough for three. I really liked kaimak, my friends - smoked meat. Everything can be bought in the market and in shops.
Excursions. A very beautiful country, excursions are inexpensive, but the guides themselves provide very little information: either there is nothing to talk about, or it is difficult to speak Russian. You can find a Russian-speaking guide with a car, and for an affordable fee, he shows you historical places.

Purchases. All souvenirs are inexpensive. There are many interesting things in the shops in old Budva (especially bags).
Population. Do not flatter yourself and hope for a special location of the local population. It is indifferently welcoming. No one is trading on the market, there is only one conversation - this is my work (in the sense of a source of livelihood), but at the same time, no one refuses a tip, even the waiters show initiative - they deduct them from the change in advance.
The sea is amazing, not warm (about 21 degrees), but unfortunately sometimes dirty.
As a result, Montenegro is a very comfortable country for recreation.
