Close to shops, market, beach.
We went to Mogren beach, walk slowly for 25-30 minutes. The staff is polite. The view from the balcony is wonderful - mountains, such a beauty! In general, I liked everything! The furniture in the room is very decent, everything is neat. I recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival at the villa, the representative of the R-TOURS travel agency Anche did not meet the vacationers, but only came in the evening and brought a list of excursions at a price twice as expensive as you can buy on the beach. When checking into the villa, no one was acquainted with the rules of residence. We specifically took a studio room with tiles for preparing simple breakfast dishes. It is always very stuffy in the corridors of the villa, until you get to the 4th floor you will sweat all over. When you leave the room, the air conditioner immediately turns off. There is no Charcot shower in the shower, but a simple rain works. On the second day of the young maid's stay, a bedspread and decorative pillows from the bed were hidden in the mezzanine. When asked where it went, the answer was that it cannot be used. The next day, a small saucepan disappeared from the room. When asked where my personal thing had gone, the answer was given that we were acquainted with the rules of residence against a signature upon check-in. After our demand to show these rules in Russian, they were provided. It turns out that in the room you can only cook coffee on the stove and heat baby food, it is forbidden to store food in the room (there are really a lot of food ants in the room that you can bring home), you must pay for damaged things and furniture and walls, do not take out a small table on balcony. In short, it's better not to use anything. At night, the balcony cannot be opened, so from below the central street with heavy traffic all night, and with dawn, roosters begin to sing until the very morning, so you won’t have much rest at night. The next day, the administrator showed on the phone a photo of a sheet with three spots of wine and said that you would have to pay for the sheet, although the sheets and duvet covers were not even ironed yet, and the stains had already been washed on them more than once. After that, we invited the administrator to the room and made us take pictures of all the shortcomings in the room (scratched furniture, worn walls, smeared mattress, melted electric kettle, etc. ). Bed linen for the first week was never changed until forced (must be changed every three days). On refusal to pay the cost of the sheets, the administrator frightened the relocation to a 2 * room. After our request, the administrator phoned the owner of the hotel and our conversation with the owner in high tones, the issue was resolved in our favor. The next day, upon arrival from an evening walk, our door was locked (it could not be opened with an electronic key). After a conversation with the administrator, the door was unlocked (they said it was an accident). Then in the evening before leaving, they called us to the room and said that we had to hand over our passports. On the question of why to rent, we were answered by a representative of the travel agency R-tours: "in the morning, hand over the room, then you will get your passports back. " We refused to hand over our passports because we have no right to give them to anyone, to which a threat was made that they would not let us sleep all night and even call the police. But we never passed, because in the morning we could bring any charges and they had to be carried out in order to fly out of this country. And of course the country is beautiful, but living in this villa ruined the whole vacation and next time we are unlikely to go to this country, but never to this villa.

The furniture is wonderful, the bathroom is five, but the Russians (especially Belarusians) cannot have any complaints. The shower cabin was leaking quite a bit in Charcot mode, he said to his wife they couldn’t fix it, because. you have to dismantle the entire cabin. No one will dismantle during the season. No, I will! The result - sharko corny turned off. There are all kandik, boiler, mini kitchen, nice balcony. Left dirty dishes - washed for us! Nice. Safe for free, the same plus. Linen is changed frequently, towels every day. Didn't bother with food. Morning coffee and stuff. Fortunately, on the way from the beach there is a good store wall to wall with a central market, in the evening everything was repeated, well, only a degree higher. Lunch in restaurants, but most of all I liked the restaurant "Stefan" at the wall of the old city. I highly recommend, it's very easy to find: along the embankment, to the bell, to the left, behind the second passage to the old town - "Stefan", in front of large yachts. The owner is just class. Soups for an amateur, mostly tomato, but I liked the bad luck, there was no heartburn. Everything else is above expectations. And what does not fit into the local flavor at all, how much they name the price at the beginning - so much in the final bill. In general, thanks to the villa, thanks to "Stefan". Although if you are in St. Stephen (a village near the island), be sure to go to the restaurant "Drago". 30 euros for a fish complex with strong alcohol for two, I will not describe, you will definitely return, despite the fact that you have to go from Budva by minibus (they often go from the main road to Budva for 1.5 euros).
Have a good rest to you all.

Very beautiful hotel. Almost fully consistent with advertising (only the patio with a table and chairs is located on the territory of the owners and you can’t get into it). There are no complaints about the staff - the administrator is always at the reception (and one speaks Russian), they asked for email. teapot and plates with a knife - brought on the trail. day, they cleaned and changed bed linen often. The only negative is that there are no dishes at all - there are 3 cups with saucers, 3 glasses, an opener, 1 teaspoon. The balcony is not small, but there are only 2 plastic chairs on which we dried swimwear and towels, because there is nowhere else. On the first night, the road prevented us from sleeping, but then we walked so that we almost didn’t hear it. Kangaroo is far away, but the prices do not bite, the portions are huge and tasty, you can swallow your tongue. Only positive emotions remained from the rest - we want back !!!! !
