At the end of June, I rested with my girlfriend in Budva in the Jelusic 3 * apartments.
The big plus of these apartments is the location. From the airport to go literally 25-30 minutes, including stops. Jelusic is located very close to the old town, which has a large number of shops with souvenirs, clothes, local products (cheeses, meat, he is prosciutto, wine, etc. ) and there are also cafes and bars. If you go the other way, then in 5 minutes you get to the embankment with cafes, restaurants, bars, snack bars and discos. There are also souvenir shops, clothing stores, tour agencies, etc.
In Budva, one of the best beaches are Mogren 1 and Mogren 2 beaches. We reached them quite quickly, unlike friends who lived in another villa and who had to walk for 30 minutes.

Now, as for the apartments themselves: they are located on a hill, so you will need to climb the hill up the stairs. We had a room on the 3rd floor (Double With Terrace). The room is not big, bright enough, the furniture is not old, in good condition. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. It is better to take a hair dryer with you, because there are 2 hair dryers for all apartments. Refrigerator is very clean and odor free. And the room itself was very clean (I did not find a single speck of dust on the table, or in the closet, or on / in the shelves), the floor was clean. Wi-Fi - a modem is given on the floor, with a personal password for each room... Yes, Wi-Fi is in the room... but there are interruptions due to the mountainous terrain. Therefore, you need to try several times, and if you are caught, it is better to use the moment...
Also for me, a big plus was the shower, or rather the shower cabin, albeit simple, without bells and whistles, but not a curtain with a hole in the floor !! ! Although usually in triples they don’t indulge in showers.
There is a kitchen on the first floor. The hostess immediately warns that you should not cook cabbage, fish, meat there. And rightly so, because the smells will be terrible. The kitchen is clean and all kitchen utensils are there. There is a supermarket within a five-minute walk, where we shopped. But it’s better not to buy fruit there, it’s very expensive and doesn’t look very good. Peaches and nectarines were terribly hard, beautiful cherries, but 4.99 euros per kg. Therefore, it’s better to go to the market (it’s not a long walk from Jelusic), or there are fruit stalls on the promenade. Cherries there cost about 3 euros (insanely delicious), apricots - 2 euros (sweet, juicy).
In general, the impressions from the Jelusic3* apartments are good. Decent option for a budget holiday.
