The worst vacation of my life. We found bedbugs in our room. By the time we figured out what was biting us, we thought it was gnats from the grapevine on the balcony; there was no sign of us. We were moved to another room, but the air conditioning didn't work. And this was in 35-degree heat. For eight days, there was no cleaning or change of towels, and on the last day, they didn't even take out the trash. The toilet cistern was leaking. The sanitation was terrible. The WiFi was weak. If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place to go!
