The villa is located in Budva, in the center, near the old town (about 10 minutes walk), 150 m from the sea. The villa was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2007.More →

The villa is good. We lived on the second floor in an apartment. Very close to the beach, market, post office and old town. It is better to go to the beach by boat-taxi on about. St. Nicholas, there are fewer people and the sea is cleaner. I forgot the name of the restaurant, but their national music is such a buzz : ) Market and supermarket across the road from the villa. … More ▾ The villa is good. Very satisfied with the rest. Turkey and Egypt are resting.

Villa Lolo - as it turned out, this is not only the central building (where Pilon's office is), but also the building next to it (they call it Pierre). That's where we rested. Judging by the photos, the rooms in the central villa are better. Can't really complain, but our room was modest. Everything you need is there: a large bed, a hair dryer, a kettle, a refrigerator, dishes. … More ▾ Villa Lolo - as it turned out, this is not only the central building (where Pilon's office is), but also the building next to it (they call it Pierre). That's where we rested. Judging by the photos, the rooms in the central villa are better. Can't really complain, but our room was modest. Everything you need is there: a large bed, a hair dryer, a kettle, a refrigerator, dishes. There is air conditioning, but for such a heat it is rather weak. The balcony is very small, besides it faces the street, and it is always very noisy there. We arrived on Saturday and found that the switch in the shower was not working - they asked to fix it, they fixed it only on Monday (since the locksmith had a day off). In addition, when we checked into the room, there were puddles of water in the bathroom and on the balcony. Of course, these are trifles... in any case, they didn’t spoil my mood, but if I go to Budva again, I won’t go there.
Perhaps the travel agents need to ask for a room in the central villa.
The location of the villa is a huge plus. In the very center, where everything is nearby: both the store and the embankment are 5 minutes away. The only negative is the noise (transport), but if you close the windows tightly, then everything is ok : ).
Budva is beautiful because there are many entertainments (discotheques, bars, shops, excursions), good free beaches. If you want peace, then it is better to go to Sveti Stefan.
This is my second time in Montenegro and I really like it there. The principle is the same as in Crimea: the embankment and hotels-boarding houses-villas and a lot of Russians : ). But the service and attitude is much better, the beach and water are wonderful. And if you also go in the fall - then this is the best vacation!
Adviсe:
1. Go on 2-3 excursions. Montenegro is not only the sea, but also wonderful mountains and rivers. Rafting, which is offered - of course, is not real rafting (with rapids), rather a walk on a spoon along Tara (but very beautiful). Who gets sick - take pills - because the road in the mountains is serpentine.
2. Go to the island of Petrovac (opposite the embankment of Budva). sea trams go there. There are practically no people, the water is clean. This is for those who like to be one on one with nature.
3. For girls: go for a massage (Montenegrin handsome massage therapists sit on the far beach of Mogren). Very nice : )
In general, you can travel to Montenegro without the help of agencies. You just buy plane tickets, insurance, and look for a villa on the spot (or in advance on the net).
Happy holidays everyone!

I must say right away that, having read the reviews, I was ready for the worst. . . but I was very disappointed in this, because everything was wonderful. The villa is small, 4-storey. 1 - rent "Pylon" and 2 real estate agencies, 2 - the owners live, 3 and 4 floors - rooms. We stayed in room 1 on the 3rd floor. Went out to the courtyard. Room 18-20 m2, large loggia with 2 armchairs and a table, a dryer. The room has a good bed, built-in wardrobe, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, satellite TV with a Russian channel, 2 tables, 2 glasses, forks, knives, spoons, a can key, 2 chairs, a 2-liter kettle, a mirror. San. the node is very decent with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and bar of soap. Everything worked without interruption. for 12 days they cleaned 4 times, changed towels 3 times, 1 time post. underwear. The villa is conveniently located in all respects - across the road there is a supermarket and a market, though a supermarket "Slavia", a cat. located a little further, a little cheaper. To Slovensky beach - 2 minutes, but we did not swim there. We went to Mogren - a maximum of 10 minutes to go. In general, Budva is tiny, everything is nearby. Lots of different villas. We went to Jaz beach - nothing special, Mogren is better. Entrance to Mogren 1 and 2 - 1 euro, beach accessories - 3 euros for the whole day (you can leave and come again). We ate in the morning - in the room, in the afternoon and in the evening in restaurants. ) seafood is the most expensive, for 2 people from about 25 to 50 euros. The portions are really big. Salads - 1.5-4 euros. The weather was great. Out of 12 days, only one was rainy, and even then it cleared up in the evening. The sea is 22-25 C, the air is 25-29 C. The nature is indescribable - you have to see it yourself !!!!!! ! We went on all excursions, except for rafting and Bosnia (you needed a visa) - we liked everything. The roads are difficult, but if you don’t scorch, then it’s okay.

We really liked the hotel. On the ground floor is the Pilon travel agency. On the second floor there are 2 rooms-apartments. On the 3rd and 4th floors, 7 rooms each. To the beach 5 minutes, to the Old Town 7-10 minutes.
Excursions can be ordered on the first floor in Pylon, there are Russian-speaking guides, and excursions that are sold on the beach, although cheaper by 5-10 euros, but garbage (((
You can buy groceries at Megamerket, which is right opposite the hotel, and vegetables and fruits are nearby at the market)))
You can eat tasty and not expensive at the LM restaurant, order a set menu (2007-2008 - 5 euros, 2009 - 6 euros, it includes:
1) soup (there are three types to choose from);
2) potatoes + meat (your choice of chicken, pork, cutlet, squid, schnitzel, fish or barbecue;
3) salad (4 types to choose from);
4) ice cream, or juice, or wine, or tea, or coffee.
The portions are very big and tasty. Pleasant staff. The menu is in Serbian and Russian (there are few where there is a Russian translation, many Montenegrins understand and speak a little Russian). Leave at least 10% for tea.
