A very nice villa. The service is completely unobtrusive. All new. There is a Wi-Fi zone, in the room on the 2nd floor it is also caught, if on a laptop. There is a decent hair dryer, electric kettle, two glasses. Refrigerator with freezer. Food was not taken. On the day of arrival, they drank coffee from them - slop! Comfortable balcony with table and chairs, with light. If it was sunny at some time of the day, we adjusted our beach umbrella. The shower is quite roomy (it reaches the toilet, so that the finished bidet is obtained), there is enough toilet paper, cleaning every day while you are not in the room. Nobody breaks while you're in it. Floor - tiles, in the heat it's great. Two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table with compartments, a safe in the room. The air conditioner worked. Linen and towels were changed once. Walk 15 minutes to the sea (this is if to the Slovenian beach). Nearby is a supermarket (big), a bunch of bakers (pastry) and a mess (butcher shop).
There you can specify a piece of meat or sausage cutlets, they will immediately grill it, pack it, and you can eat it in the room on the balcony. In general, everything is nearby and you can eat in different ways in terms of prices and quality. We liked the Zlatibor restaurant - not the cheapest, but also inexpensive. Quiet, cultural, fast, good waiters. Kangaroo (closer to the beaches) - cheaper, there is a self-service hall where it is convenient to poke your finger at the dishes you want, and there is a hall with waiters and a menu in Russian (everything is also inexpensive). The address of the villa is Mainski put 44. The owner gave a business card (he works with travel agencies in July and August), where his villa is called Vila Zec. The villa is generally open from May to September. He said that then (not in July-August) he takes 21 euros per person with breakfast. That is, a double room is 42 euros. If you go from a travel agency, they offer their own excursions. They are more expensive than on the street (sometimes 2 times). They have a guide in Russian, and on street tours the guide speaks three languages.
We went to Skadar Lake from a travel agency (the difference was only 2 euros), and they rode not only along the lake, but also along the river. They also fed cheese with pancakes and honey, and there was plenty of dry wine (red and white). Children - juice. We went to Boka Kotor, taking an excursion on the beach (25 euros against 50 from a travel agency). Also interesting and quite decent. The guide did not tire, he spoke clearly (with an accent), and then they themselves saw everything, swam in a blue grotto (it stinks a lot of gasoline from a bunch of tourist boats), but the water and the view are cool. We went to different beaches ourselves by bus (you can also take a taxi, just bargain and then not much more expensive than by bus. On foot you can walk along the beaches and through the pedestrian tunnels from Budva to the left (if facing the sea) to Kamenovo, passing Becici, Rafailovichi and to the end of the Kamenovo Bay, go up the stairs and immediately at the bus stop (Przno) on the highway.
You can take the same bus from Budva to the Przhno stop (already down when it goes down), get off and go along the walking path along the sea to St. Stephen, very beautiful, relaxed, past the Royal Beach and through the park and shade. If you do not sit on the beach in the center, but walk and swim along the road, then it is very clean and not crowded. To Jaz (beach to the right of Budva) get by bus for 1 euro. We took a taxi for 4 for 4 euros (normal! ), although basically they ask 6 euros for a taxi. There is only a beach and camping, but there is a section without sunbeds (large) - this is a nudist beach, there are few people, mostly Serbs, we were high, the sea and the beach are clean. In Becici, the beach is pebbly like sand, but clean only until lunch. Yes, and there are a lot of people, but you can still start swimming and near the very wall of the cape (near the hotel beach) it’s quite free to sunbathe under your umbrella.
It was expensive for us to take sunbeds and umbrellas, if we wanted to sunbathe and wallow, we had our own mats and an umbrella. There are a lot of people on the Budva beaches of Mogren, there is little space and local youth frolic there. Although it's beautiful. Behind the port, near the walls of the Old Town, there is a small beach, few people, but swimming is interesting. The sea is very clean.
In general, everything is very good, if you do not show off. Beauty and more.

2) Noise isolation is completely absent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! You can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms and in the corridor.
3) Breakfast buffet is within the normal range, no frills, quite high quality.
4) Staff: friendly, smiling, BUT! for 10 nights they changed once two towels - supposedly bath towels - and the bed was not changed at all, although it was stated that linen was changed every three days !!!
5) Wi-Fi: there is a connection, but Skype works disgusting!!!
6) The pluses include the presence within walking distance of a supermarket, several cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, Internet cafes (1 euro for 30 minutes)

Hello everyone! Villa "NENO" is not worth your stay at all. You will go to the hotel with suitcases from the road, because the driver does not want to drive up, then drag them to the 4th floor yourself. The owner is a complete boor. To our question: "Where do you elevator and who will help us? " began to push us out of the hotel and shout that you bought a room, not his! ! I travel a lot around the world, but I have never seen such rudeness. for soap. The balcony on the 3rd floor without an awning - the sun is scorching mercilessly all day, it is impossible to rest. The "hospitable owner" saved a lot on the partitions between the balconies, if you sleep, then you will have a full room of smoke from a smoking neighbor. Towels are just terry napkins. If you wound one (with difficulty) on your head, the second one will be 40X40 cm in size. The maids knock on the door in the morning like it’s a fire! When you say we’re sleeping, she says that she needs to clean up ! ! Just nonsense ! ! The food is so meager that it's sad to remember Spain, for example! For the same money. Dinner is simply inedible! The salad consists of 2 slices of dried cucumbers and 3 slices of tomatoes starting to sour!!
And to top it all, everyone is ordered to clean up dirty dishes, which is simply bewildering! There is simply no ventilation in the shower! Go into it and suffocate!!
The villa is located very far from the sea. Walk 30 minutes, although the release indicates a different time and distance.
Well, quite fun! ! Transfer. To get to the airport, we have to go with our suitcases for about 15 minutes to refuel on the road! ! We had a rest! ! People! !

I rested in this villa with my beloved, we liked everything, if we take it in general. No cleaners banged on the door in the morning, no one bothered us, we slept as much as we wanted. We lived on the first floor, naturally there was no balcony, but there was a small terrace (our own table and 2 chairs). The double bed was excellent, large, the mattress was very comfortable. Our tour was without food, so I can't say anything about it. We ate at cafes and restaurants. They are all over the town, you won't go hungry. Portions are very large, set meals cost about 3.5-4.5 euros. You can take not a complex, but order, for example, a meat dish, they bring a side dish, bread, and a salad to it. As for the villa: Its location relative to the sea is not very close. Walk to the most porous beach (min 10-15). But near the villa in 30 meters there is a large supermarket. There are very good prices. In general, in Montenegro, products are at the price level in Ukraine. As for excursions - we watched the Bay of Kotor (20 euros per person), liked it very much, went to Dubrovnik (30 or 35 euros) - an amazing city, but there is little to see in 1 day. . The overall impression of the holiday - excellent! I wish you all a pleasant holiday)

I am writing this review because I am convinced of the usefulness of this case.
Rested with my wife in Montenegro, Budva, villa "Neno" 3 * in August 2011.
The VILLA is fully consistent with the description: a new building, a good repair, in a cozy Budva street, a supermarket across the road, the sea and the bus station - 7 minutes walk. In the room: good furniture, air conditioning, boiler, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, bathroom accessories, TV, balcony! Everything is neat, cleaned every day (for some reason, the tip was not taken). I didn’t take breakfast - breakfast is 4 euros / person, for this money you can take a good portion of food in a fast food cafe or buy food of your choice in a supermarket (prices are at the level of Ukraine, food is of better quality). I found out the cost of the room - 42 euros / 2 people per day with breakfast (if taken on the spot). If you choose price / quality-comfort - this villa is quite a good option (especially if you take into account reviews of other villas in Budva).
In general, ABOUT REST: the country is very beautiful and interesting (not Crimea! ). Not expensive (wine from 2 euros, pizza - 1.5 euros for a large piece, shawarma - 3 euros and a guarantee of satiety for half a day, travel Budva-Kotor - 3 euros (I recommend visiting), Budva-St. Stefan - 1.5 euros (perhaps the best beach in Montenegro), peaches and grapes - 1.5 euros / kg, car rental - 40-70 euros / day, gasoline - 1.35 euros / l (of course it’s a little expensive here).
BEACHES: entrance is free, sunbeds from 8 euros / 2 pcs. There are beaches where the use of beach furniture is mandatory. For us, the best was the beach near the island of St. Stephen (paradise). Don't waste your time on Slavyanska beach in Budva (terrible place). That is, from Budva to a good beach you need to get about 30 minutes (feet + bus 1.5 euros / person), but it's worth it!
EXCURSIONS: Dubrovnik - 30 euros (super! ), Two canyons - 35 euros (you will see stunning views of nature, monasteries, and drive almost the entire country).
I RECOMMEND: St. Stephen's beach, the listed excursions + Kotor, wine Vranac 2008 (even doctors recommend), meat "prosciutto". Departing from Montenegro, DO NOT take liquids (alcohol, perfumes, cosmetics) in your hand luggage - they silently throw them into the trash bin !!!
TOTAL: Montenegro is a very beautiful and interesting country! The sea is great! But, if you need All Incl - this is not the place. If you need an active, average-priced vacation - you are here!
Regards, Yuri

Prices are moderate (lunch from 3 to 6 euros), everything is fresh and very tasty. An excellent market: they don’t overweight, they let you try everything that your eye falls on. Fruit from local orchards, cheese!! ! and homemade meat, delicious-a fairy tale. The quality and price of the products are amazing! Clean sea, pebble beach. The weather was warm 25-30 degrees sunny, there were short rains (without them it would have been unbearably hot). My son and I lived in Ville Neno 10-15 minutes from the central beach. The room is clean with a balcony, TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. Cleaned every day, but the towels were not changed often 3 times in 15 days. We ate on our own: we had breakfast in the room with products bought at the market and MegaMarkete (a store opposite the villa, 1 minute walk), had lunch and dinner in the restaurants of the city from 3 to 20 euros. We spent 400 euros on food, we ate whatever we wanted, although I don’t drink. We went on a tour of the Bay of Kotor, liked it. Mountains, sea, villas, churches, people struck me so well and calmly, without fuss and worries, I rested for the first time. We will definitely go next year.

Dear tourists, please tell me who stayed at the Villa Neno hotel? I'm interested in the kitchen in the room. As I understand it, there is a kitchen, but are there dishes such as a frying pan and a saucepan? Do other hotels have pans and pots in their kitchens? )))
