This villa is in a good location. Go to the sea for about 7 minutes. There are enough shops and cafes nearby, there is where to take a walk. The villa itself is small and has its own cozy courtyard. We settled in fairly quickly. The number of rooms is not bad, although there were insects and in some places a fungus, but it's not so scary. We did not take food, we ate on our own. The service in this villa is not bad, the Internet worked somehow. If you are going for a rest, and not to find fault with trifles, then you can safely stop here.

We chose the hotel based on the declared characteristics and photos (there is no pool). Settlement and accommodation: - cleaning upon check-in is only a change of linen, there has never been a wet cleaning, there is dust from last year under the beds, the refrigerator is not defrosted; - the furniture is broken (hinges, handles), half of the sockets are turned out, the lighting in the bedroom is only from a table lamp, the bed is washed, the front door is terribly noisy - we went out to the sea early, apparently woke up the later ones; - the kitchen is equipped with old and dirty dishes, the kitchen faucet did not shut off the water, it was replaced on demand in a day; - a shower room with fungus on the tiles and on the doors, there is no door trim from the inside, the watering can was replaced on demand, the smell from the sewer periodically, but there was too much toilet paper (4 rolls were taken out to the terrace for those in need); - sleep at night with meetings in the yard of wi-fi users and the noise of an adjacent tavern, drops of air conditioners on the upper floors, in the morning the noisy return of young people from the dance floors and the squealing of garbage trucks (the bedroom window to the stairs); - on the balcony there is a window of someone else's room, a stable puddle from the air conditioner (the repair of the drainage pipe was enough for 2 days), rusty chairs, a table under an old faded oilcloth, instead of drying a couple of sagging laces on the railing, the balcony wall is incomprehensible drips, the garden under the balcony with construction debris ; - from the equipment: air conditioning "full power" - not regulated, refrigerator, stove -2 burners, kettle, TV - 3 Russian information channels, wi-fi in the room is practically absent, it was possible to call via viber only from the yard.

The location is good, 2nd line downtown. Located between the hotels "Loza" and "Blue star". Budget option, nothing extra. The TV was not turned on, but neighbors on the balcony said they were catching three Russian-language channels. Wai fai is weak. There was a balcony for two rooms, it's great to sit there in the evening.

The last few days in the neighboring villa there have been mass festivities, music until one in the morning, I will not save you from it. Secondly, they chose a villa solely for the sake of wi-fi, and the promised wi-fi was so weak that it was possible to call relatives only from a specific point - climbing onto the very roof, from your room - only read web pages and communicate in viber, other days the signal disappeared altogether. Thirdly, the hosts are quite unpleasant. We had a case. Since our room did not have a balcony, and the dryer on the veranda was always littered with other people's shorts and towels, we hung out our things to dry on the floor below - swimsuits, towels, including official ones. One day someone stole our towel. Who is not clear. Either the girl who cleaned the rooms, or one of the neighbors. But it's gone. My husband went to ask for a new one, because I needed to take a shower somehow. As a result, with an absolutely dissatisfied look and swearing in Serbian, which no one understood, we were given this towel. And the last, the most interesting. Room cleaning. I didn’t look now, as stated in the list of services, how often this cleaning should take place and in what capacity, but for us it was a quiet horror. We are not proud, without wet cleaning with my husband together, we would somehow have lasted these 10 days (by the way, it did happen once), but. . . Garbage could not be taken out for several days, towels at the beginning were changed quite quickly, every two days, at the end of the check-in they did not change for five days. . . And given that we didn’t want to hang out and dry properly after that incident - they all curled up very quickly, but continued to hang. As I understand it, the girl cleaning the rooms did not fit our schedule. We left the room early in the morning and returned around 11. We slept, and then left around three. And up to 7 hours, and sometimes longer. Well, in the evening we went for a walk. And it was important for her to clean the rooms at lunchtime, at the moment when we were sleeping, and because. we were there - then she did not bother herself. Live in the dirt. I will add that at the beginning of our arrival, she even asked when, they say, you go to the beach. They said. Uselessly. From the good - a rather comfortable room, air conditioning, a refrigerator (although it was freezing hoo), a fairly neat shower, everything is in order. The room itself was fine. But the service leaves much to be desired.
