July 2017. We rested in room 18 (3rd floor).
The overall impression is wonderful.
(+) Balcony: stunning mountain view from the third floor (except for room 17). Thanks to the solid, high barriers on the balcony, you feel cozy. Greenery around the villa.
(+) All equipment is working. Photos of rooms correspond to reality.
The room is clean. Towels were changed twice a week. The room was cleaned daily.
(+) Nice room design. Some other villas are very reminiscent of the Soviet setting.
(-) Of the minuses, there is nothing to add to what is written below.
The only significant negative - the villa is located on a hill. Returning to the villa during the peak of the heat can be difficult for older people or small children. For middle-aged people, the distance is quite insignificant.
The shower holder is really at waist level. It didn't cause me much of a problem.
