When looking for a tour, the choice fell on this villa, because. was the cheapest option. Upon arrival, the hostess met, the bus drove as close to the villa as the roads allowed (who was in Budva knows : )). The rooms are small, but in principle tolerable, there were smaller ones. The beds were separate, but arranged side by side near the wall, not very convenient for us, so on the very first day they themselves made some rearrangements and lived for themselves without interfering with each other. In the room: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle (more like a kettle), 2 cups. From furniture: separate beds, 2 bedside tables, a dressing table, a TV stand, a wardrobe without doors near the front door, 40 cm deep due to the layout, on the balcony: a table, 2 chairs.
Hairdryer and iron were present on the floor, but there was no queue for use.
There are sockets in the room, there were 2 bedside ones, but a refrigerator is connected to one, the third is occupied by TV, one is free, and there is one on the balcony, and in the bathroom.

Bathroom combined. The shower is fenced off with a curtain, there is no pallet, so the water spreads throughout the bathroom. The shower hangs low in my opinion, you can’t wash your head standing up.
The Internet is not so hot. Our balcony was on the entrance side, so sometimes it was possible to catch. There were problems with hot water at a certain time (approximately from 17.00 to 20.00), sometimes you only have time to lather your head, and then you wait a few minutes to wash it off), we had a 3rd floor (4 in our opinion). There are several channels on TV, in the local language, mostly informational, of course, we don’t come to watch TV, but I would like there to be some music or Russian channels, because. when you are going somewhere, you are used to turning it on for the background, so as not to sit in silence).
About cleaning. So-so, maybe they waved a broom a couple of times. Towels were changed in different ways, although it was written in the description every day, but the truth was that when contacting the hostess, the issue was resolved, the garbage was not always taken out.
The location of the villa is ok. The nearest beach is 10-15 minutes. On the way to the sea there is a mesara, even two. In one of them cooking is free. Not far from the villa are several bakeries; a minimarket, where they often bought groceries, but occasionally went to a megamarket; famous restaurants Zlati Bor, Kuzhina, Kangaroo, on the other side Loza, Stella and others; Across the road is one of the taxi services, convenient for those who do not have a local sim card to call, although many services have the function of calling a taxi via viber.
There is ample parking space available. There is a gathering place with a small table, as a rule, there were meetings with the guide, and wi-fi was better there than in the room.
In general, I recommend the villa for those who do not bother much with the size of the rooms and the service.
