This is my third trip to Budva, so there is something to compare with. Villa Susanna turned out to be the least attractive place I have ever stayed in. Last time the conditions of accommodation were better, however, and the vouchers were more expensive.
If you adequately approach the issue of price and quality, then this villa is a completely acceptable option for a budget holiday. We bought a ticket 2 weeks before departure. 10 nights, HB - 375 euros per person, air from Kyiv.
The villa is more or less clean, it looks quite nice, although if you start to find fault, you can pay attention to the black mold, which is present here and there in the bathroom, and the crushed insects that have stuck to the walls and have already become part of the interior… us in the room every day, the bed was changed only once, towels were changed every 3-4 days.

The staff is friendly: they asked to bring an iron - they brought it, they asked to bring a clothes dryer - they brought it, although its presence is not expected in the rooms.
The restaurant, or rather the dining room, where they serve breakfast, looks nice. As for breakfast, it is better to purchase a tour without breakfast and resolve this issue on your own.
There is Wi-Fi at the reception of the villa. The room has a hairdryer, from the dishes - 3 glasses. Near the villa there are 2 shops, which can be considered large by the standards of Budva.
As for the disadvantages, in my opinion, the main disadvantage of the villa is its location. Still, this is not the most pleasant and close to the beach area of u200bu200bBudva. Light sleepers may be disturbed by the noise of the track and the music from the restaurant. This is not to say that this noise is too loud, but if the balcony is open, you can hear it. However, people with sound sleep need not be afraid of this noise. In addition, almost half of the road to the beach goes along the Jadran Way (a road with heavy traffic and a narrow pedestrian sidewalk). Walk to Slavyansky beach at a leisurely pace for 20-25 minutes, to Mogren beach - 40 minutes.
Also, we were unlucky with the balcony (number 11), which was VERY modest in size, triangular in shape and did not actually fence off from the neighbors.
I don’t know if I will ever want to relax at Villa Susanna again... most likely not, although in general, I repeat once again, from the point of view of a budget holiday, this is quite an acceptable option.
I would also like to say a few words about the tour operator NEWS TRAVEL and its partner, the host company Prometheus. I will never contact these subjects again, and I do not recommend it to others. In Ukraine, there are several quite worthy tour operators working with Montenegro, so it’s better to contact them, and avoid these.

As it turned out, Prometheus has no idea on which return flight their partner NEWS TRAVEL sells tickets to its tourists. Why NEWS TRAVEL hides this information from its business partner and does not transmit it in a centralized manner - one can only guess, as one can guess about the level of order that is going on in these offices....
Upon arrival, during the transfer to the villa, all tourists were given envelopes with traditional information about the country and a notification that the next day, at the villa reception at 14:00, a meeting with a Prometheus representative was to take place, to which you need to bring a printout of tickets for the return flight. However, the representative of Prometheus, assigned to Suzanne's villa, named Natasha, ignored this meeting. I, my companions and several other people waited for her near the reception for 20 minutes, but Natasha never showed up for the meeting. Four days later, when we left Budva for the whole day and returned around midnight, in our room we found a message from Natasha, in which she accused us of not showing up to meet her and demanded to call back. Of course, such a boorish and impudent message could not cause anything but rage, and we did not call her in the middle of the night. The next morning, at 6 am, we left for an excursion, and when we returned, we found a new message from Natasha in the room, this time with threats. The Prometheus representative threatened that we would not be provided with a transfer to the airport, as we refuse to tell her the flight number that should fly home. In general, after these threats, the first desire was to go to the Prometheus office and make a scandal there, but then they decided to simply close their eyes to this bestiality and not to wag their nerves. In a telephone conversation, when Natasha was asked why she did not come to the meeting, the girl began to shamelessly lie, carrying some kind of nonsense, that the question of her mental adequacy involuntarily arose. These doubts only intensified after what she did with the transfer. As it turned out, Natasha scheduled the transfer time from the villa to the airport to different people at different times. But, this time we were lucky, Natasha was not mistaken in setting the time for us, but other vacationers spent about forty minutes cursing the sweet couple NEWS TRAVEL and Prometheus, and twitching in horror where their bus had gone. By the way, when Natasha got a call asking where the bus was, she didn’t bother to tell the truth that the transfer time was incorrect, and lying that the bus was delayed for 5 minutes on the way, she hung up.
