I'll start my story from the very beginning. When my husband and I bought tickets from Travel Center to this hotel, and then read a review about this hotel, I was shocked. So we flew to Montenegro in a state of some alertness. When we arrived there, we were greeted by a pleasant, smiling girl who works for the Travel Center company. She took us to a comfortable bus and soon we were off. The weather and nature were simply magnificent: the mountains, immersed in greenery and flowers under the rays of the Montenegrin sun - THIS IS GREAT!!!
An hour and a half later we arrived in Budva, a small town by Russian standards, but the resort capital, according to Montenegrins. We were escorted to the villa, where we were met by a girl who did not speak Russian. She escorted us to the room, but we did not understand who she was.
Now more about the villa. The entire coast is built up with small neat houses, villa Svetlana is no exception. White three-story house with small windows, immersed in greenery and flowers. It has 12 rooms, the owners live on the first floor. Only four rooms have balconies. We got room 10 on the third floor with a balcony, so the other tenants called us VIP behind our backs.

We were given two keys, one for the front door downstairs, the other for the room. Large mirrors and paintings hang between flights of stairs.
The rooms are small. Since we have a "penthouse" : ), the ceiling is tilted, the height of the ceiling near the toilet is about 3 meters, and in the balcony area it reaches about 170 cm, but this does not interfere at all, and although my husband is quite tall, he did not have to bend down . The sound permeability is high, the neighbor, a lover of pop music, was completely tortured. In the room: a double bed, a large closet, two bedside tables with table lamps, a chair, good air conditioning, a small TV and a refrigerator, in which little can be stuffed. Above the bed is a reproduction of Klimt.
In the toilet: a normal toilet, sink and shower. More about the soul. What a nice hot and cold water was always there, and the pressure is strong. Now about what is unpleasant: around the shower on the floor there is a curb 15 centimeters high, and so that the water does not pour onto the floor, there are two curtains. Now imagine. You get up under the shower, pour water on yourself or on the wall (the shower is under pressure), the water bouncing off you or the walls gets on the curtains and, of course, seeps through them. Result: getting out of the shower you get into a puddle that does not dry and you slap on it all day. Apparently anticipating this, there is a drain in the center of the bathroom, but not all the water flows to it. And the bathroom doesn't even have a washcloth! For two weeks of stay, we were given 1 pack of toilet paper and two bars of soap for two!!!
Now about the balcony. The door to the balcony deserves all the praise. Since there is no window in the room, the door is glass, soundproof, and the second door is blinds, you can open them as you like. Both doors open in the manner of eurowindows. In addition, there is also tulle. On the balcony itself: a plastic table and two chairs, and, most importantly, a clothesline for drying clothes. The sea view was only available from the balconies. None of the other rooms. Just before leaving at 12 at night, I saw 2 hedgehogs from the same balcony in the neighboring garden. I watched them for a long time, I enjoyed them immensely.

Relations with the owners have developed normal. Arriving, we found that the air conditioner was not working, my husband went to sort it out. A guy who didn't speak Russian at all came and said "batteries". After he replaced the batteries in the remote, everything worked. As for the hostess, we did not fully understand who it was. We did not interfere with anyone and no one touched us. Most likely, this is a woman who cleaned the rooms. We greeted her and everything. The conversation only happened once. On the last day, my husband pulled a tendon in his leg and we were forced to stay in the room. She came to clean up, and when it turned out that we had not left, she wanted to leave and not disturb us. I asked to pick up the trash, but she doesn't even understand that. I had to take it out and give it back. There were no conflicts.
Near the house there are several tables in the shade, they always contain information about the Travel Center excursions. And two hours a day, an employee of this company, who speaks good Russian, is on duty.
It is not far to go from the villa to the beach, but I want to warn you that these are mostly paid beaches. There is a free beach, but carefully watch which entrance to the water. On the first day, I skinned all my legs on the stones. Haven't lived to the end yet.
A snake was seen on the road to Becici. Look under your feet and where you sit.
The people are very friendly. We somehow caught a car near Cetinje. She drove us 10 km. They didn't take the money and offered to give me a ride back, it turned out to be the local police : )
And the taxi driver who drove us from Virpazar to Budva himself stopped when a beautiful view opened up and persuaded us to take pictures.
During the trip, we did not take a single excursion, but on our own we visited: Kotor, Lake Skadar and Cetinje. Great place, I recommend.
All 14 days the weather was fine, and the sea was warm, there were waves for a couple of days.
On the way back, we moved in a great mood. Rest in Montenegro was remembered by the warm, gentle sea and friendly people.
What do you wish!! !
