Positive traits:

1. This villa confirmed the booking immediately and we were able to fly away on vacation (we took the tour at the last moment in early August, when all the villas were already booked and we could just stay at home).
2. The owner of the hotel personally met us from the bus and took us to the hotel. She even smiling and not knowing Russian or English tried to explain to us where the supermarket was, apparently so that we would not be left hungry. That was cute.
3. There is Green spase - the hotel courtyard is surrounded by a small green courtyard with palm trees and benches at the entrance and a gazebo in the front garden.
4. Has its own parking. It didn't work for us, but still : )
5. There was an old electric kettle and a couple of glass glasses in the room. You could safely drink coffee, tea in the room.
6. Garbage from the bin in the toilet was taken away almost every day.

7. We managed to get a folding clothes dryer from the hostess free of charge. Otherwise, there would simply be nowhere to hang it.
eight.
With grief in half, we demanded a prehistoric iron to iron the dress.
9. There was a hairdryer in the toilet. He is weak and attached to the wall with a short cord, but still he was.
10. There was a refrigerator in the room.
11. Allegedly there was air conditioning and wifi. There was a closet with hangers and a chest of drawers. I will describe in the minuses why "supposedly".

Negative points:
1. The room was hardly cleaned. For two weeks, we washed the floor once, and then for a blunder. And it's a nightmare. Moreover, it was terribly cleaned before our arrival. The drawers of the chest of drawers and the closet are covered with such a layer of dust and dirt that it is simply disgusting to put things there. Bath and toilet are appropriate. Mirror and floors. And the chest of drawers is covered with some kind of rag a la tablecloth, which probably has never been washed.
2. Bed linen was changed once. Looks like it washed out just fine. And towels too. How so? Plus there was one towel per person. At first, one of the towels was gnawed from the bottom.
3.
Toilet paper was the first day, then it ran out and no one was going to bring a new one. I had to freak out and buy it myself.
4. The toilet is old and when you drain the water, the sound is so loud that you can hear the whole hotel and the street if the window is open. You can also hear the toilets draining from neighboring rooms.
5. Very funny system, the hair dryer only works when the light is on in the bathroom. The fact that he is weak is also worth pointing out.
6. The beds are hard and in some places the springs press into the back. We moved two beds to get a double and had to put a blanket in the gap between the beds so that we could sleep together.
7. In addition to the kettle, there were also plastic mugs ...and they stink of junk and plastic.

8. Air conditioning right in front of the bed. That is, if you sleep with him, you can immediately catch a cold. So we did. Were treated for half a vacation for coughing with local black honey.
When the air conditioner is running it stinks of junk and dampness - apparently it has never been cleaned. 9. The hotel is located right next to the road, so it's noisy.
10. There is an exit to the balcony, on which there is a table and a couple of chairs. The balcony is common to the entire floor and the neighbors can just as freely lock themselves up to visit you. There was no such thing, but the fact of the possibility of this brought anxiety into our lives.
11. The window in the toilet is generally a song. When you open it, you can be seen up to the waist by people on the balcony of the neighboring hotel. And very clear and close. Also, this window is next to the exit to the balcony of the next room. That is, all the smells and sounds straight to the neighbors. Unless, of course, they decided to catch a cold and turn on the air conditioner and closed the doors. That is, if you dreamed of secluded yourself in the toilet or calmly take a shower, you won’t be able to do this, since you are seen opposite in the hotel and heard and smelled in the next room.
12.
Also, the window near the bed goes under the table and chairs of the balcony of the neighboring room, and when a noisy company sits there at night, you will not be able to sleep. The one, besides, our window overlooked the pool of a neighboring hotel, in which sometimes at four in the morning, sometimes at night, ichthyanders splash. It's very loud. It's like you're in your room.
13. Nobody in the hotel speaks Russian. We found out that the owner's sister speaks English and turned to her with questions.
When I needed an iron, she sent us to the third floor where there was an ironing board and an iron. Both burned out and burned more than once. That is not usable. We turned to them again and got a slightly better iron, but it barely worked.
14. The hosts were not very friendly. We once asked to warm up food from the restaurant in their kitchen in the microwave or stove, so we were categorically told "NO".

And one day, returning from the beach, I bought corn and did not take salt.
We asked for a pinch of salt from the hosts, to which we heard the following answer: "Out like through the doro store. Go there. " God, a pinch of salt was squeezed!
15. The hotel is far enough from normal beaches. The Slavensk beach is minutes away from the heat, but it is a public and most crowded beach.
16. Wifi catches only in the yard or at one point in the room while not breathing hard and not moving.
