Krivokapich is divided into a new house and an old one (Old). We lived in a new house. Sea view room. The view from the window is almost on the whole new city, the sea covers a huge tree across the road. . . but the sea is still visible! )! Ours was on the third (last) floor. Room for three but we lived together. So the room was spacious enough.
The furniture is new. The room has a large closet, there is a kitchen. Stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, stove, dishes, a couple of pots and a frying pan.
Shower room, hair dryer, small hotel soaps and everything.
Towels are changed every three days. Bed linen once a week. But beds are made every day. It seems that the roles were wiped, but the cleaning as a whole is superficial.
The owner of the villa is a very friendly woman. He does not speak Russian, but Google has a translator))
Important: in Montenegro, in villas, it is forbidden to fry meat and seafood in the room! No smells in the rooms!!
About the location: it takes about 10-15 minutes slowly from the mountain to walk to the Slavic and Mogren beaches.
Everything is close, not far from the villa there is a twilight market and a market there. Right under the house there is a shop where you can buy some water or ice cream.
Of course, it’s more difficult to go from the beach) up the stairs, but in principle it’s also not critical.
Be sure to visit the excursion to the Bay of Kotor, but better in the afternoon! )

Came only to sleep.

I want to share my impressions of the trip to Montenegro and directly about the villa Krivokapich. The country is beautiful, 80% mountains, clear sea... in general, divine. Before the trip, we were warned not to expect anything beyond natural from the villa, but upon arrival, my friend and I, on the contrary, were pleasantly surprised - the room, although small, was excellent and comfortable, new furniture and plumbing, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator , crockery, kettle. … More ▾ I want to share my impressions of the trip to Montenegro and directly about the villa Krivokapich. The villa even had an ironing board. Last year we rested in Crete, but the room and the conditions in the hotel were much worse. . . For all 10 days we did not see the owners of the villa, we were met and settled by the maid, without even asking for a passport : ) Towels were changed every other day, change bed linen - 1 time. The floors were not always swept, but we did not see this as a big problem. The place is really quiet which is a big plus. We walked to the sea for about 25-30 minutes (Mogren beach), we got used to such a long journey fairly quickly. The sea was cold for several days, but then warmed up. They came to the beach early to take convenient places, because at the height of the season there were a lot of people. After lunch, locals came, they were located right under their feet, over their heads - there was not even a place to go to the sea : )
We went to the beach on the island of St. Stefan - a very beautiful place, I advise you to go there. Buses run in this direction, fare is 1.5 euros.
We also visited the beach of St. Nikola Island - unfortunately, there is nowhere to walk there, everything is closed, but there are still fewer people than on Mogren, beautiful views of Budva open up from a different angle. The boat ride costs 3 euros in both directions.
We took only two of the excursions, the rest were left for a snack for the next year : ) - Boka-Kotor Bay and the monastery tour. I liked everything very much. We drove to the Ostrog Monastery for 3 hours through the mountains - we managed to take great pictures and admire the mountain landscapes.
The tour was without meals. We ate on our own - there is a supermarket, a grocery market, many cafe-restaurants nearby. We really liked the cafe on the waterfront O sole mio - large portions, like everywhere else in Montenegro, but very tasty, nice staff. Visited other places, but still came back here.
Montenegro is worth seeing with your own eyes, it seems to me that the photos cannot convey all its beauty : ) I advise Villa Krivokapic if you are not afraid of physical activity and the distance to the sea.
P. S. An interesting fact that was not read anywhere: on the way back at the Tivat airport, it turned out that beach umbrellas cannot be taken in hand luggage : ) I had to urgently look for adhesive tape and tape the umbrella to my suitcase. Successfully flew to Kyiv : )

This villa is located almost on the highest point of Budva, which means that it is only up and up from the beach, and not even close. One of the advantages of this location is quiet, because far from the main hangouts of the city, for whom it is important, it is better to come here if you are not afraid of compensation for peace and quiet in the form of climbing steeps and stairs. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
The villa has a large shared terrace with a seating area. The corridors are very narrow. Please note that not all rooms have their own bathroom, so to speak, amenities are in the corridor, but there is a refrigerator, kettle and TV. Apartments with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, of course, look better, but they don’t shine with special chic - modest, but clean, however, there is something to complain about.
And now about the pleasant - a little about the beaches of Budva. I'll start with the distant Yaz, it is so called because it is located in the lovely and clean bay of Yaz (JAZ). From Budva it is easy to get there by taxi, only 5 Euros, so if a company of four, then it works out fine. The cost of sun loungers and umbrellas is 3 Euros per unit, but many sunbathe just like that on clean pebbles covered with a towel. The water there is of excellent transparency, the bay itself is the most beautiful, and even protected from the wind, so you are guaranteed beach pleasure. The beach is quite well equipped, sunbeds and umbrellas are different, for every taste, there are cafes and bars.
Perhaps someone will be interested that in this bay, on the left side, if you look at the sea, behind the rock is one of the nudist beaches of Montenegro. Fans of this business understand what it is about, but I want to warn those who are just curious and looking for adventure - it is better for single girls not to meddle there. The fact is that one of the girls from our company, who decided to merge with nature and get complete relaxation on an almost empty beach, had an incident there, from which she could not recover for a long time. It turns out that everything is simple - fans of the rest “what mother gave birth to”, perceive it all as the norm of life, but local guys think differently - a beautiful girl came to show herself, which means that we must also demonstrate everything. Thank God, everything ended well, but the girl suffered a lot of fear, especially considering that the beach is rather deserted. Please note that the proximity of this beach will in no way disturb the peace of the rest, most likely, the majority of vacationers will not even notice its presence.
I highly recommend going there, at least once on an excursion - this is one of the best beaches on the Budva Riviera.
Slovenska Plaž a beach. What to say? The beach is quite long, but in the season there are still people there, like herrings in a barrel - such a pleasure for an amateur. It should be noted that this beach is equipped with good infrastructure - here you will find bars, and restaurants, and cafes, and snack bars like "fast food", but of high quality, and even fishermen with the sale of their catch after 16.30 (closer to the Old Town). In some restaurants you can order the preparation of fresh seafood - 8 Euro per kilo, no matter what kind of living creatures you buy, moreover, this is with serving and service, I think this is a good price. On this beach there is a local open-air disco called "Trocadero" (not to be confused with a nightclub with the same name). There are also “changing rooms” - peculiar, look at the photo. Toilets are all paid, sun lounger + umbrella 10 Euro - bites. Then, there are a lot of water activities - also their own nuances, so be prepared.
Richard's Glava Beach is a small beach that literally squeezes into the Old Town on one side, and the rocks leading to Mogren Beach on the other. On this beach there is a bar where you can take a beer and sit in sun loungers for free and use the toilet (but this is if you are lucky to take a suitable table). There is a pier there, but it is dilapidated or not yet repaired. The bottom is large pebbles, but large stones are regularly removed from the beach. This beach is used by vacationers from Avala. It offers a gorgeous view from the Citadel in the Old City.
Mogren Beach is perhaps the most famous of the local beaches. In fact, there are two of them - Mogren-1 and Mogren-2. A picturesque path along the cliff leads to them just from the beach of Richard's Head. There is also a bay, which consists of two parts, which designate two beaches. To the second Mogren, you will have to go through a wooden passage in the rock, and, at the initial stage, you will have to enter the water knee-deep, and maybe even higher. But this does not stop the fans of this place and there are also enough people there, perhaps a little less than on the first beach, but in the season, I mean, it will be dense there. On the beach, everything is available for a comfortable stay - bars, showers, toilets. On the second beach there is even something similar to a restaurant, but in early June it was still closed, so I can’t say for sure.
It is quite possible to consider this villa as an economy option, consider only the nuances that I wrote about.

We had a 4-bed room, good new furniture, everything worked in the shower, a kettle was given on request, towels were changed every day, but there is 1 minus-thin walls. Everything is heard even as they bathe in the shower, but these are all trifles. we only slept in the room. Of course, it’s not close to walk, but then we were even glad that we were not near the embankment, when discos start in the evening it becomes very loud. … More ▾ We had a 4-bed room, good new furniture, everything worked in the shower, a kettle was given on request, towels were changed every day, but there is 1 minus-thin walls. I really liked the evening Dubrovnik, Ploce beach is very beautiful. We dined almost every evening at the Perla restaurant, especially delicious desserts there, you won’t try these with us. We rented a car and drove to Kotor, a very beautiful city. Then we were taken to the village of Negushi for prosciutto, I regretted this several times, the road is not easy (the road to AI Petri just rests by car). Very beautiful country, we will definitely visit again.

I will start my story with the fact that many people write that in Budva you can not relax and that it is very dirty, so it's not true. Be it a city both for those who like to have an active rest and for those who want to have a quiet rest. Be it a city both for those who like to have an active rest and for those who want to have a quiet rest. We liked Mogren-2 beach the most, on the first Mogren it was very noisy. We were also on the Slovenian beach and on the beach JAZ (the best beach-MOGREN 2). Umbrella and sunbeds we did not take rest on their own. Products in Montenegro at the same price as in Ukraine. You can eat cheap for two In LM and "Kangaroo", about 15 you can take 2 soups, 2 juices, 1 main course, they no longer need very large portions. Who wants to go to an inexpensive restaurant, I advise "Pearl Budva" (near the Old Town). Call In Ukraine, relatively inexpensive 0.22 cents by mail there is a kiosk (where you can call). At the Villa daily cleaning and change of towels, the maid understands Russian so there are no problems with this.
We went to Ostrog for an excursion (I advise you to go to Dubrovnik in the evening (the excursion did not impress us). We went from the bus to Kotor, Cetinje, St. Stephen. !!!!! ! Fabulous Country !!!!!!!!! !

I went to Montenegro with tour operator Pilon. We arrived at the airport, met, boarded the bus, because the streets in Budva are narrow, they were transported by pitchforks in cars. We immediately warned that when we were leaving back, they would not pick up cars from the pitchfork, and we ourselves had to walk to the square where the bus would be waiting, which is not entirely correct in my opinion. … More ▾ I went to Montenegro with tour operator Pilon. The villa is located in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, cleaned every day, towels are changed every three days. The apartments have clean dishes, there is no frying pan, you can not fry. There is no canopy over the balcony in the apartments; it is impossible to go out on the balcony until three o'clock due to the extreme heat. The beach is not far, but the beaches are all crowded with people, because the high season has begun. Food is not a problem in Budva, you can have a cheap meal and eat in a good cafe more expensive.
Montenegro is a beautiful, benevolent country, I want to return there again.

After the release of the rooms (until 10 am) - the owners hospitably provided a shower and towels, a veranda with tables. In general, until the arrival of the bus (until 15:00) we were at the villa!!!
Sea
Warm, transparent We went to the beaches of Mogrena. There were few people at that time. The husband dived and saw a dorado and an octopus. If you have fishing rods - take it !!!! ! Next time we will take a room with a kitchenette to cook fresh fish. The fish store is overpriced.
Nutrition
We took a ticket without food and did not regret it. Products in Montenegro are tastier and not expensive (except for fish). There is almost everything on the market. Delicious homemade cheeses, olives, prosciutto and fruits. I really liked the cuisine of the restaurant at the hotel "Kangaroo". It is far from the center and the prices are cheaper than on the waterfront. Half a kilo of baked mussels with shell sauce (this is a large dish) - 3.5 euros. The portions are huge and often already with a side dish. And in the restaurant "L & M", which is recommended by the guides - did not like it at all - a matter of taste.
Excursions
Budva itself is very interesting - the Old Town, the embankment, and the shops....cosmetics and shoes... mmmm =) We ourselves went from the bus station in Cetinje to the monastery to Orthodox shrines. We also dined there not far from the monastery (portions in the photo). With guides we went to Skadar Lake - super swimming and a VERY BIG fish lunch. Bay of Kotor and fortress. In Ostrog. We went for a day to Dubrovnik (Croatia) - interesting, but the prices in the city are expensive.
The country is amazing, kind, hospitable and I want to return!!!!!
If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer!

The villa is located on a steep hill! But it also has a small minimarket on the ground floor, and 100 meters away is a very soulful round-the-clock cafe with the freshest pastries and coffee, ideal for breakfast. Of the minuses: Wi-Fi does not work, but no one promised us.
