We rested at Villa Ksenija in August 2019. Flight, transfer - everything is fine. At home, the travel agency agreed that the room was on the 3rd floor and there was a kitchen (they planned to eat on their own). The representative of the travel agency in the voucher did not indicate the floor, then we were settled on the first floor and without a kitchen.

We had an early arrival and check-in from 12.00. Previously not settled, although the room was free. We were allowed to leave things in the room and we went to the beach (11 minutes to the sea).


About the room: very small, two people cannot pass each other. The room has a wardrobe, one bedside table, a kettle, tiles and a minimal set of dishes that were in grease and had to be washed with a cleaning agent in a very small sink in the bathroom. There was one pot and a lid that was smaller than the pot. )) Once there was a knife, now there is a blade and a handle separately (it's good that they took the knife with them). There was a table and two chairs outside the room.
Wi-Fi in the room is not bad, TV, air conditioning worked, hot water is constant, the beds are comfortable, they gave two towels, the bed linen was stained. They cleaned the room and changed the towels only on the 5th day after talking three times with a representative of the meeting party - the company "Ancora".

For the rather high cost of the tour, I would like a better service.
