The villa was found based on reviews on the Internet. We wrote to the owner, Raiko Lumovich. He answered what rooms are available for our dates. We ordered a transfer from Tivat airport (20 euros).
In September, when we arrived, Raiko, unfortunately, was no longer there. . . We were met by his relative. Dragana, Raiko's wife, settled us in the villa.
We lived in room 1, on the first floor, for four people. Three rooms, two bedrooms and a living room, kitchen, shared bathroom. The room is in good condition. Everything worked. The room has an ironing board and iron. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishes. On the veranda there is a plastic table and chairs according to the number of guests. As well as a large umbrella from the sun and clothes dryers.
Villa Lumovic is located on the street. Gorky. But it's hard to find yourself. Close to market, post office. 15 minutes walk to the Old City. Mogren beach is 20 minutes away. We liked the location.
The room has free wi-fi. On arrival they poured rakia.
Now the villa has a new owner, Raiko's brother.
