I rested with my husband at Villa Lumovich from 07/09/10 to 07/20/2010. The place of our rest was chosen according to the reviews of tourists. For a long time I was looking for the coordinates of the owner of Raiko's villa, but still I managed to find them. If you want to go on your own, without using the services of travel agencies, then you can safely stop at Raiko. This is really a very good person - reliable, decent, and most importantly - unobtrusive. Quickly responds to all your whims. His villa is located in a very good location. Everything is nearby - the market, supermarkets, the post office, and the embankment. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. It seems to be the center, but at the same time quiet. I will not write much, but I will write briefly about the main thing.
1. Telephone communication. Calling home is very cheap at the post office. She is close. Go down the steps of the villa to the road and turn right. Go straight all the time, not reaching the Embankment, you will see it on the right.
2. Market. Go to the market along the same road as to the post office, only it is a little earlier and also on the right side (50 meters deep). You can focus on the Pilon travel agency - it is located on the left side of the road. I advise you to go to the market after 15.00. If you want to save money, you can buy fruits cheaper.

3. Excursions. There were a lot of agencies on the Embankment and the prices were the same for everyone. But we stopped our choice on Pilon. They are clear and without delay. Good guides, I especially liked Natalia. I advise you to visit Kotor and the Bay of Kotor with a stop in the city of Perast, Cetinje - Lovcen, Ostrog (I warn you that the road is not for the faint of heart), Tara and Moraca canyons. We went to the island of Sveti Stefan on our own (2 euros per person one way). Be sure to visit Dubrovnik. Don't forget to wander around the old town in Budva.
4. Nutrition. There are no problems with this. Lots of different cafes. I recommend trying the ice cream. Delicious. We found a place where you can buy food very cheaply. We managed 4 - 5 euros for two. This is a store where meat, various kebabs, splashes, grilled sausages are prepared in front of you and they are given to take away. You can also buy grilled potatoes there. It's close to Raiko and we brought home even hotter. We sat on the terrace and had dinner. We made our own salads. The store bought olives, sausage, beer, wine; in the market - cheese, pshrut, fruits, vegetables. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of this store. But I'll try to write how to find it. We went down the steps of the villa to the road and turn left, a little uphill. After 30 meters, cross the road and turn right, go 100 meters and on the left side this store. It also has a maple leaf emblem. There is a chain of stores RG-MARKET in Budva. But we found a store where the same goods can be bought cheaper. Shop MEGA, it can be seen from the terrace of Villa Lumovich. I am writing this for those who want to save money. Delicious takeaway pizza, but you can eat there, they serve it in a cafe, in my opinion, called CITY. It's off the post office on the left across the street, a corner cafe. (there are steps). It costs from 4 euros and more. Good wine Vranac. Prices vary depending on exposure.
5. Beaches. We went to Mogren (paid from July), but most of all we liked the beach on Sveti Stefan. There are also free beaches - urban. But you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas.
It seems to be everything. I will be glad if my advice is useful to someone. The main thing is to go with a good mood, and you will be satisfied with your rest. Natasha.
