Vacationing with my husband. We did the whole organization on the Internet: plane tickets We booked No. 10 by e-mail plus phoned for a guarantee. The owner of the villa Raiko Lumovich, as promised, met us at the airport and settled us without any problems. Before that, I called several times to clarify the time of arrival, which pleased me : -)

Now about the villa itself: the location is excellent - 10-15 minutes to the best (in our opinion) Mogren beach. There is a supermarket and a market along the way. 7 min to the promenade and the best restaurant Jadran. The only thing that may seem inconvenient is the steps. There are 102 of them (photo in the application). But since we already gained a couple of kg on vacation, they seemed to us a good substitute for elementary physical education. Raiko is very attentive to the residents of the villa, always asking if everything is fine. One evening he treated everyone to a fish, which he fried on the 3rd floor. It was delicious. He can also take you on a tour in a comfortable minibus.

The rooms are 100% consistent with the photos on the site: a good comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, a small kitchen with everything you need (detergent, cloths, dishes, refrigerator, stove, kettle) and a small bathroom/toilet with a shower. Water pressure is good, hot water all the time (there is a boiler). The view from the balcony is gorgeous, just a heavenly pleasure to drink morning tea on the balcony, and wine in the evening). In general, I would recommend villa Ljumovic with pleasure!

About Montenegro: in order not to spoil the impression of the sea - do not go to the central Slovenian beach in Budva, we have never been there, but we saw it walking along the promenade in the evening. We recommend - Mogren beach (2 sun loungers + zones - 15 euros), Richard's head (15 euros), Yaz (8 euros, +1 euro for a minibus ride 7 minutes) and Becici (8 euros, 0.5 euros for a minibus ride 7 minutes ), about St. Nikola (8 euros + 3 euros by boat round-trip). Be sure to take a boat ride to the Bay of Kotor, the Blue Bay, Hercog Novi.
For those who love mountains, canyons and gorgeous bridges: rent a car (55 euros, Toyota Auris + your own gasoline) and drive along the Budva-St. Stefan-Podgorica-Tara-Ostrog-Budva (total 450 km - 32 euros for petrol, takes 12 hours). The most beautiful views, you will get adrenaline for a couple of months in advance.

You can have a delicious meal in restaurants on the waterfront (average bill for 2: salad + fish or meat + wine 30 euros). We liked the Jadran restaurant (from the post office 2 minutes). But it can be cheaper, for example, the Kangaroo restaurant, right behind the gas station on the main street (there is one there, you can’t go wrong).

If you like crystal clear blue sea, beautiful mountains around, delicious fish - you are here!
