Hello future visitors of Villa Lutovac. I'll keep it short and to the point : )
1 - Villa. We (2 friends) had apartment number 5. "+" - The room is excellent, the view is amazing. 2 rooms, 2 separate wardrobes - very convenient for girls. "-" - Cleaning is disgusting, in fact it was visible only in the bathroom; towels for almost 12 days of rest were changed twice (and the second time was the day after the first); problems with flushing the sewer: we solved them by simultaneously pressing the drain button and a directed shower jet : )
If it weren't for the cleaning, I would recommend it to everyone, but I can't. the 10-day non-wipe floor was annoying (yes, we could have wiped it ourselves, but sorry, that's not what I paid a lot of money for). Another tip - do not take breakfast. Our neighbors (we just didn’t pay for them) envied us, because. breakfasts, of course, are delicious, but very huge and brought them at 9, then at 9-30, or even at 10. Such a time reference is very inconvenient. We had enough cookies and buns bought in the Megamarket opposite and in nearby bakeries - fortunately the kettle worked properly and the water was around the clock : )

2 - Montenegro in September (she shoveled the entire Internet to find a sensible answer to this question, so I will help those who need this answer in the future : ) Let's just say that this time (September 14-25) is no longer the season. More precisely, during the day there are a lot of people on the beaches, but at night there are many times fewer of them (the main contingent is of middle and older age). If you want to hang out - I would advise the period August 25 - September 10. You will find the famous Top Hill, Opera, Trocadero, etc. working. We had to be content with a maximum of 5-6 open-type discos-bars open until 1(! ) at night, and only one Sparta nightclub, which, by the way, due to the small number of people, did not always finish until 5 in the morning. Of course, there were pluses in the absence of a large number of people - we met mainly local guys, we learned a lot from them and it was interesting about the country and its inhabitants (by the way, for girls: Montenegrin Serbs are well-mannered, unobtrusive and sooooo beautiful : ), with they make you feel safe and secure. If you come to the club with at least one man for two - be sure that not a single Serb will allow himself to stick to you, but will humbly admire you aside : ). Coming later than the 25th hoping for nightlife is stupid. With us every day something closed.
The weather in September - the days were like this: 1 - clear, 2 - rain for half a day, very clear for half a day; 3 - rain all day until evening; 4 - clear; 5 - overcast; 6-12 - clear, well, sometimes with clouds. The day is warm even in the rain. But the evenings are cool. Be sure to bring jeans and at least one long-sleeved blouse.
In general, we had a good holiday, despite the off-season. Didn't want to leave. But next time we will arrive a couple of weeks earlier and most likely not to Villa Lutovac.
R. Y. : And another piece of advice - read less various admiration reviews about the country. I made this mistake, and as a result, the feeling that I had already seen and felt it did not leave me. Study only the list of excursions / beaches / attractions - and then get to know them on the spot. Believe me, there will be more impressions and they will be brighter than if you google all the routes and landscapes.
