Villa Markovic class b was offered to us by a travel agency and since we refused Villa Boret due to bad reviews, we decided to choose it.
When planning a vacation in Montenegro, we faced the problem of a lack of information about the villas, their location, old reviews and the most interesting thing is that, for example, there are three Markovic villas in Budva, Boreta in general 4 pcs. In general, it is easy to get confused and do not want to hope for one thing, but come to a completely different place.
Where is the villa located in Budva?

The location of the villa is very good. It is located at the beginning of Budva from Tivat. Near the old town, it is convenient to walk to the Mogren beach and the public Slavensky beach. We walked a lot and always made sure that our villa had a good location. Very close to the market, megamarket, pharmacy, supermarket Aroma, Franz, a two-minute walk from the LM cafe with set meals (7-9 euros per person). And it is important that you do not need to climb up the mountain.
What is a villa?
Villa Markovic consists of two buildings: Markovic 1 and Markovic 2. They are separated by a very busy road. Markovic 1 is located below the road towards the beach. The villas have courtyards with a small garden. Lots of greenery, trees and flowers.
Settlement and living conditions.
We arrived in Markovic at about 11 and we were immediately settled by the hostess, whom we never saw again : ) Our room was located in Markovic 1 on the second floor, the windows overlooked the courtyard and this was the first plus, since the rooms overlooking the road were very noisy.
Room: economy class, everything is very simple, but thank God it was clean. The room itself is cramped for two people, the bathroom is large and it is completely incomprehensible why such spaces are needed if there is nowhere to breathe in the room. The closet is small and only with hangers, so we always had the main clothes in the bag. Bed linen with synthetics and clung to everything that was not laziness. Pros: large balcony. But we would have died with this if we had not seen all the rooms of the villa on the penultimate day of our vacation. The villa was empty, there were no vacationers at all, and how it was refused that the hostess gave her only vacationers the worst room. It was very unpleasant and even insulting, because all the rooms are empty. The rest of the rooms are spacious and freshly renovated, we also photographed them.
The room has good Wi-fi, a boiler, air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are in the hallway for general use.
Tips for Montenegro; )
1. It is better to choose a villa with a kitchen in the room. Especially if you are traveling without food. In Budva, fishermen sell seafood on the embankment and you can cook it in your room.

2. If you like fishing, be sure to take a fishing rod. In Montenegro, this is not prohibited. The locals are meat-eaters and practically do not eat fish. And there are so many of them (Sibas, Darada), even catch with a net.
3. I advise you to rent a car, at least for a couple of days. Montenegro is smaller than the Kiev region, it is worth seeing the whole of it. This is a beautiful country that combines beautiful sea and majestic mountains. We liked the interior of Montenegro more than the coastal one.
4. Mobile Internet. If you want to travel around the country or you always need the Internet, then buy a card from the mobile operator M: tel. (10 euros - 500 Gb for 15 days).
Despite the cons of the villa, we really enjoyed our vacation in Montenegro. We highly recommend visiting this country.
