We rested at this Villa for 9 days in August 2021. Very inconvenient location, almost near the bypass road, it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the market and the old town. During the rest, our room was never cleaned, bedding and towels were not changed, the bed was washed in a "hole", even such a trifle as toilet paper was absent. The toilet flush tank is broken, there is no window in the living room, the room was declared with a terrace, but its function was performed by a public smoking room.
Wi-Fi in the room does not catch, the only place where it works is a smoking room. The street where the "Villa Popovich" is located is very narrow and without a sidewalk, cars drive along it all the time, so going to the beach or for a walk was very annoying, because. cars had to be let through, and only after that it was possible to go, there was not enough space to pass each other.
To a good beach, for example "Mogren" walk 35-40 minutes at a fast pace.
I would not recommend this villa for a holiday in Budva, the villa is more like a hostel.
The furniture in the room can be seen in the photo. They took out the trash themselves.
