Only positive emotions remained from the apartments !!! ! We lived with my husband and son on the third floor (they have a second one) overlooking the sea in room A2. Two rooms with a kitchen and a chic terrace. Very important!! ! There is a tall building nearby, so after 12 shadows and a draft, it’s cool and good, we never even turned on the air conditioner.

Two rooms with a kitchen and a chic terrace. Very important!! ! There is a tall building nearby, so after 12 shadows and a draft, it’s cool and good, we never even turned on the air conditioner. Very close to the sea, market, shop, pharmacy and old town. Recommended!!!!! !

Stayed at this hotel with my 13 year old daughter. Satisfied and happy that we stopped here. Cleanliness, order and a wonderful aura of kindness, respect and understanding. The Adriatic is great, the food is excellent, the water is drinkable in the yard from the tap (well). We are party people and discos did not annoy us, but attracted us!! ! Budva is magnificent, we want to return in 2017 and to this particular villa.

Change of towels - every couple of days, bed linen - every 5 days ...The standard room has a French bed with bedside tables, a TV, a built-in wardrobe with a safe.

Change of towels - every couple of days, bed linen - every 5 days ...The standard room has a French bed with bedside tables, a TV, a built-in wardrobe with a safe. The plumbing is working properly. On the balcony there is a table and chairs. The view opens up to the mountain - very nice. The villa does not offer food, but there is a market and a supermarket 2 steps away, so there are no problems with food. To the sea (Slavyaska Plaza) metro 100-150, to Mogren - 7 minutes walk.
The main and perhaps the only disadvantage of the hotel is its important plus - proximity to the sea. and hence to the promenade, respectively, to discos. Until one in the morning, nothing will save you from their noise ...
If not for this fact, I would boldly recommend the villa to everyone.

Briefly got here by accident on roulette. . . and were very pleased. . . clean, comfortable, friendly owners. . . The room has literally everything. . . bedroom, bathroom, kitchen studio and a large balcony overlooking the sea. . . which is really a maximum of 100 m. from the stove and refrigerator, to coasters for glasses.

towels were changed every day (a set of 3 per person), bedding on demand, and so races or two... garbage was removed every day... in general, the service is good...
the only drawback is who goes to bed early, on the waterfront disco until 01:00. . .
