We arrived in Budva at about eight in the morning and we were immediately settled in a room (many tourists still had to walk somewhere until 12 noon, waiting for their settlements to other villas).
Standard room with a terrace: clean, new furniture, TV and refrigerator, bathroom with shower (I want to note that there is no fungus in the shower, so the pictures on the Join Up website were not photoshopped : -)). In our room there were two huge wardrobes, two bedside tables (everything for girls) and one chair. But not all rooms are the same: on the second floor (we lived on the third) the same room with a terrace was with one closet, but I think this is not a problem at all, everything will fit anyway), but this room had two beds, and we have one big one.
We saw a standard with a balcony: the balconies are small, a thin partition with the neighboring one. I didn’t like the standard without a balcony-terrace: like in a cage without windows and doors... I didn’t see the apartments.
On each floor there is a shared kitchen with everything you need: plates, spoons, forks, knives, cups, saucepans, a frying pan, two teapots, rags, washcloths, dishwashing detergent. The kitchen is also nice and new.
The bed was changed every 11 days, towels more often. The room was cleaned every day.
On the terrace there is a table and chairs for gatherings, there is also a clothes dryer - very convenient.
Of the minuses - soundproofing... In the room you can hear the plates rattling in the kitchen, how the kettle boils. It didn't bother us at all. But if you are a very light sleeper and noise is a big problem for you, then think about it.
WiFi did not always work well: there were days when there was no connection with the outside world at all.
There were no other shortcomings.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the Slovenian beach at a quick pace, and 30-40 minutes to Mogren.
There is a bus station within a three to five minute walk, which is very convenient for those tourists who like to travel on their own.
Very close to a good supermarket Mega Market, also an excellent shop with alcohol, the prices of which are cheaper than in supermarkets (near a Thai restaurant).
Something like this) Say everything)
Have a great holiday in the wonderful country of Montenegro! : -)
At the expense of Wi-Fi, each floor has its own router, so the Internet has always been.
Slovenska beach is a 15-minute walk away, and Mogren is a 30-minute walk away.
To the supermarket - 5 minutes, and to the 24-hour shop - 1 minute. By the way, in front of the supermarket there is Taverna KOMOVI, they prepare extremely tasty complex dinners - evenings, and the owner who is there almost always treats with wine or plum brandy. And this pleasure costs 4 euros per person. We found another place with a set lunch at the Loza Hotel, it cost 3.5 euros per person, but honestly not tasty. Of course we had lunch at the famous L&M, delicious, but will cost 6.5 euros per person. By the way, Ms. Villa Simon offers to organize breakfasts and dinners in the neighboring villa More for 8.5 euros per person. If you want to wake up at the same time every morning and run for breakfast, then this offer is for you.
We are very pleased with the rest, we wish you so much rest.
The owners live on the first floor. Communicated only with the hostess - Slavitsa - a very pleasant sweet woman.
CONS for the hotel:
1. Poor sound insulation - if the neighbors want to watch "Dancing with the Stars" - you will be aware of all the events : )
2. There is a mini-fridge in the room - it turns on at any time, which can interfere with sleep a little (we did not specifically consider the option of turning it off, because who knows how it will behave in defrosting).
If you buy a ticket with meals, get ready that you will need to walk 20 minutes to the meal - the restaurant is located on the beach. It's convenient in the morning - we ate on the beach or an excursion, but in the evening you have to walk back and forth : )
Well, Montenegro itself is Montenegro, you need to see it yourself : )
3-storey villa, with balconies or a terrace, completely new, how new - when I entered the room, I smelled new furniture - it couldn’t be newer, everything is in excellent condition, the owners are open, positive people, cleaning every day, change of towels on the third day ,
on the floor there is a small kitchen, a kettle, dishes.
a small touch - the finishing work on a new villa is being completed in the neighborhood, sometimes there is a working background during the day, but another week or two and the work will be completed.
there is no Internet, but "neighbors" are caught
