Dear friends,
I decided to share my impressions of a holiday in Montenegro, and from Villa Stevan Markovic in particular. I want to note right away that when looking for reviews, many people drive in the name of Villa Markovic, and this is a different villa, with different reviews. And it happened to us (( When searching, write villa Stevan)) We rested with Tez tour, Kyiv. We flew with UIA, the flight there and back without delay. What upset me was the airport in Tivat - complete disorganization and confusion. Upon arrival, there was a long queue at passport control, there were no delays in baggage claim. Transfer to the hotel. Villa Stevan is very clean, cozy and homely, bright and comfortable. No wonder they say that it rests like at home. A small territory, in front of the entrance to the villa there is a wooden table with benches, flowers in pots. From the entrance to the territory is very clean. We rested together with a girlfriend, but we were settled in a triple room on the third floor, room number 9. This room is more spacious than a double room, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, TV, refrigerator, 3 cups of dishes, teaspoons, glasses, plastic tray, mirror, bedside tables, 1 chair, wardrobe with coat hanger, hair dryer. We had a spacious balcony with a table and chairs and a great view of the red tiled villas, cypresses, mountains and a slice of the sea. Bathroom with shower. Now the cons - there is no soap dish in the bathroom, there are shelves for soap and shampoo in the shower, only one heated towel rail and there are no additional hooks. But, we were told that these issues are already being resolved. There are 2 very nice cleaning girls working. We left 1 euro every day for cleaning the room, and they did not want to take it every day until our departure)). The girls gave us a knife and plates for the entire period of rest without any problems. Prices in the supermarket are the same as in Kyiv. In restaurants, lunch is around 10 euros per person with beer. Souvenirs from 1 euro per magnet. I highly recommend their local wine, they took home gifts for 1.6 euros per liter of wine. Very light table wine. I really liked Budva, calm, quiet, walking at any time of the day is not scary. We went to the Slavic beach. From the villa 10 min. on foot. It didn’t bother me at all, since the road to the beach is picturesque and it’s useful to walk)) The entrance to the sea is pebbly, so many are in slippers. We entered without, but of course there is discomfort. An umbrella and 2 sun loungers cost 6 euros. We lay on the sand on our mats, very beautiful. The flight home was overshadowed by the airport. The information on the board of departures did not correspond to reality, the information bureau did not speak English and Russian, they could not answer. The queue for passport control is unrealistic. Stand min 40-1 hour. There are no air conditioners at the airport. Everything else is great. I recommend. Have a good holiday everyone!
