We chose Villa Viola, because it is conveniently located in relation to the Central Promenade, the Old Town and closer to Mogren Beach, compared to other options that were offered to us. We lived in the studio number 7, right from the entrance to the right. there is a kitchenette with a minimum set of utensils. The furniture is new (or in good condition) There is a refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. They provide 2 towels per person.
I liked the friendly hosts - Violetta speaks only Serbian in Macedonian, and her daughter Irina speaks English.
everything was clean
What did not like:
1. TV didn't work well and wasn't fixed before we left
2. No hair dryer
3. Towels are old.
3. No foot towels

Beach: The promenade was reached in 5-7 minutes on a short path (from the villa to the left and down a rather steep descent), to the Old Town in 8 minutes, and to the end of Mogren Beach in 20 minutes. The city beach is a little closer, but more dirty and crowded. And also many boats rush around the water area (accordingly, part of the engine oil gets into the water).
Not far from the villa is a megamarket and a market where prices are 10-20% cheaper than in minimarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to the right and down. Next to the Megamarket there is a good and inexpensive L&M restaurant with inexpensive Montenegrin home cooking! I recommend.
In general, if you do not bother with trifles, the rest was excellent. I recommend this villa to tourists.
The nature in Budva and the sea are amazing!
