I did not like Montenegro
The first time was in Budva in 2007. Then I liked it. The family decided to go again. But 2014 everything got worse. Hotel prices soared 1.5-2 times. The beach area has deteriorated. 2/3 paid (2 sunbeds + umbrella 6-10 E), and if you three? Cafes and restaurants have moved to the beach, they stink of burns. The beach and the sea are dirty. It is difficult to find a cozy place. We walked from Budva towards Bechychi and descended the stairs in front of the tunnel near the restaurant. Bought an umbrella for 15 E, and took home beach towels. There are no beach hotels. Good there. But go 20-25 minutes. On the free beach of people, as in the Crimea, one on one. Mid-level hotels. Nobody bothers with cleaning. Barrying began to flourish. They do not add delivery in supermarkets and shops (0.1-5 E), hang it on the market and count it. Excursions are weak. In Kotor traveled by shuttle bus 3 E / pers. We went to Skadar Lake (28 E / person). It is interesting to see the view of the coast and the island of St. Stephen. The lake is not interesting at all.
Last year, they toured almost all of Georgia. Here you go, beauty. And what hospitality! ! ! ! ! And the embankment in Batumi, singing fountains. And here Crimea + expensive flight. You can walk in Budva's old town and near the park and promenade. There is no place to walk in the city. The streets are narrow, the sidewalks are lined with cars. By the way, fresh seafood is sold on the waterfront from 3 pm: sea bass-10E, dorado-6-12E, mussels-2E, shrimp-10-15E, squid, lobster, red mullet, etc. Cheaper than on the market. And the main problem of ZOMBORASH. There is nowhere to go from them. 80% of them are Russian-speaking. Having heard the Ukrainian dialect, they run to you to prove that Kolomoisky is killing children, and Yatsenyuk is from Bander. And it is impossible to convince them. Some are aggressive. We didn't watch Rush TV, it's a complete delusion, and we watched Ukrainian TV on the computer and tablet. In short, the rest is not a joy.
