vivid impressions of an individual tour of Bari (Italy)
It has been more than 9 months since we returned from Montenegro_Italy vacation, and until now, before our eyes, the magnificent beauty of this picturesque region and the azure seashores! And most importantly, these are friendly people! , apartments - for every taste and budget). A large selection of excursions on comfortable buses and with Russian-speaking guides. Everything is worthy and affordable! But I want to share one of them:
We decided to organize a honeymoon trip to Montenegro for our children and found out that there is an opportunity to visit Italy (1 day) without a visa. We booked places for them, but decided to surprise them by ordering an individual tour!
Our guys from the ferry were met in a comfortable car and the journey began! At first, Olga took over the board: this is a visit to the church of St. Nicholas, where the myrrh-streaming relics of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker are stored, a walk around Bari was accompanied by interesting stories, stories, opportunities for everyone to touch holy places, and, most importantly, without fuss, a sense of herd, all the information is "eye-to-eye", a completely different perception ! ! By the appointed time, Olga handed us over to Valery, who took us to the local market, where they also saw a lot of interesting things!
Then the path lay in the city of Alberobello - this wonderful town is under the protection of UNESCO (recently it was shown and told in the program "Unlucky Notes"). The city is the capital of trulli houses! Snow-white, fabulous beauty and original buildings with cone-shaped roof structures! Visited local craftsmen, had lunch at the restaurant and then the way lay in the zoosafari!
Those who have not been, be sure to set a goal to go there, and especially with children! Have you ever traveled in a car with a giraffe? I'm not kidding, yes, the giraffe's head is almost on your shoulders! squealing with delight at their touch is the only possibility with such a competent, experienced guide as Valery! It feels like the animals remember him and are waiting for him to call! my page). All travel takes place by car.
Further, upon his return, Valery showed along the road a provincial town with a visit to the workshops of a famous artist, walks along the embankment.
We returned to the appointed time in Bari, very satisfied! There was time for shopping.
