I'll try to be objective. So, the hotel was chosen because of the good location and the good reviews found about the sympathetic hosts, and of the adequate price. The hotel is really very conveniently located, close to two beaches, literally five minutes to the Central beach (Slovenska) and 15 minutes to the beaches of Mogren. We lived in the seventh room on the ground floor. Of the shortcomings, a lot of mosquitoes, and starting in the morning and all day. It turned out that some kind of ditch was flowing nearby, and there were a lot of these mosquitoes. But we solved this problem, bought a fumigator and smoke strips, which were arranged on the balcony. The room does have a mini-kitchen, but very poor dishes, one frying pan and one pan, to which everything burns, it was impossible even to fry an egg. Obviously, it was necessary to carry the dishes with you. When we arrived, the first thing we asked the owner (later turned out to be a relative of the owners) was there a safe. There was no safe, we should be wary, but no, the guide Marina on the way from the airport convinced us that you can leave everything in the rooms without any problems, and not carry it with you to the beach. Allegedly, it’s safe here.
The worst thing happened on the last night. We came from a walk, my husband smoked on the balcony until two in the morning, then he took off his watch and went to bed. On the morning of the last day, we woke up late, started to collect things, I rushed, there was no bag. The husband checked, his handbag is in place, but there is no money in it. And the hours he took off at night. The door was ajar. That is, someone opened the door at night, shook out all the money from my husband’s bag, went into our bedroom, where we slept with my husband and daughter, and also took my bag.
Of course, we made a fuss, the owners were very scared and then it turned out that this was not the first case in this hotel, some time ago the Italians were robbed, and we were still very lucky that the documents were separate, the Italians restored their passports to leave the country.

The worst thing is that they walked around the room where my children slept at night, opening the door with a key. They later said that this was a cleaning lady and she was kicked out precisely for this. That's why she has duplicate keys. But why don't the owners take care of the safety of the guests? There are no cameras at the entrance, there are no safes in the rooms, the locks are ordinary, with keys that can be duplicated on every corner.
No one is on duty at the reception.
I consider this a huge omission on the part of the hotel owners and a big minus for the guide, who knew about the recent situation in this hotel and did not warn us, but on the contrary convinced that the rooms were safe. Well, or at least they warned that the key should remain in the lock for the night, then it turned out that it had to be left, and then no one from outside would open the door.
Of course, my review is negative.
