We stayed in Madre in July.
In general, the room has a pleasant atmosphere, the air conditioner worked, wi-fi caught, there were no problems with the stove, refrigerator and hair dryer either.
You should not count on something special, ordinary conditions for life.
There was a minimal set of dishes: pots, a frying pan, cups, glasses, forks, spoons and a dull knife : )
We rested for 7 days, towels and linen were not changed for us.
As mentioned above, the villa is located near the motorway, there were no problems with noise from it, but it is really difficult to cross the road.
A 5-10 minute walk to a market and a grocery store. In principle, there is already the center of the city.
To Mogren beach and the old town 15-20 minutes on foot. Still, this is not very convenient, because. the road felt like it took enough time, and we, for example, went only to this beach.

One of the features is the lift to the room. The staircase comes from the street, made of stone and very high (depending, of course, on which floor you are). We lived on the third, both young and full of energy, but climbing it for people of age or for children, I think, will cause difficulties. Although there are other ways, it is still worth bearing in mind that the villa is located on a mountain.
The hosts speak English. Russian is understood very poorly.
