It is very crowded, the floors are not washed at all, the dirt on the floor is centuries-old, the dust is not wiped anywhere, the towels are not changed either and the bed too. We were 8 days and 7 nights, the bed was never changed. The telephone did not work, it was connected only on the 5th day of our stay. The safe did not work and was not screwed on. The air conditioner works offline, turns on by itself and turns off the same way. The entrance to the spa is 20 euros per person (the jacuzzi is cold, there is no hammam, the sauna is relatively good). The food is very monotonous, tasteless. You can say that for 1000 euros per nose for a week you can get a top-class hotel here. Not this mess!
