Location
In general, the location of the "villa" is not bad, the building is surrounded by greenery. There is no road noise, but due to dense buildings, you can hear all the vital activity of the local population: conversations, music, barking dogs. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, but you will only have to climb back up. Not the first line did not upset us, as there are many areas on the promenade with a persistent sewer smell.
Number and conditions
A view of the sea, although half of the view was taken up by the back of an apartment building - shabby and unkempt. Nice balcony, but it is bisected by a curtain with neighbors, so there is no privacy. The kitchen is well equipped.
The walls in the room are dirty, the traces of shoes are in the hallway, near the sofa and bed.

Sheets with holes, like a starry sky, blankets and linen with stains, old, from different sets. Washed towels and only two pieces per person, while on one, which, in theory, should be for the face, the feet are depicted and, judging by its density, it really is put on the floor when leaving the shower. It's not very pleasant to wipe your face with it.
The sheet with holes was replaced at our request.
In the bedroom, more like a Gestapo dungeon, there was a burnt out light bulb in the bedside lamp - they immediately told the owner upon check-in, replaced it after 3 days.
No shampoo, no shower gel, just liquid soap in the sink and a roll of toilet paper. The papers were never added.
Cleaning was not carried out for 8 days never.
Hospitality
Somewhat intrusively, boat trips with the owner were offered, but after ignoring our reminder of cleaning and conditions in general, we declined.
On the penultimate day of our stay, the host said that we needed to pay a "registration" fee - 1 euro per day per person for the entire stay. At the same time, on the first day, when he took passports for registration, not a word was said about this.
In our tourist voucher there was a mark - the tourist tax (mandatory in Montenegro) was paid. We contacted representatives of the travel agency and received an answer that the actions of the owner are illegal and we should not pay anything. By the way, he did not insist. Be carefull!
