Wow, where are the good reviews coming from? I'm talking about our "rest" at the Riviera Hotel. First, our check-in was delayed by 2 hours. There was a transfer to the hotel, but we still had to walk about 500 meters in the heat with heavy suitcases to the hotel, because supposedly the bus could not get there. Second: The photos do not correspond to reality! We paid a decent amount and in the end we were settled in some kind of hostel, not a hotel. It turns out that the Riviera has another hotel - Cristal. The crystal is like new and renovated, and the riviera is Satan's hell. We asked to be moved to Crystal, we were fed breakfast with a smile saying: tomorrow we will move you. But in the end no one moved. They said there were no rooms available. Was yesterday and not today? Are you kidding me?
Our suitcases were taken away and lowered down to the reception, but they were not returned to the room, we had to run back and forth from the room to pick up our things. Why did they take away things if they were not originally going to relocate us? The receptionists lied to us at every turn. The toilet was broken and no one fixed it for 3 days, we were reminded every day. Everything in the rooms is dirty and worn out. Dust above the roof. Smudges on the ceiling, old furniture. In the room, only towels were changed, bed linen was simply folded. The cleaners also threw away my earplugs that were lying on the table. Our tour guide in Petrovac said that this hotel had a lot of complaints and many people who came tried to resolve the issue with the police. In general, it was not a vacation, but a continuous hassle and a homeless ball.
