This is not just a hotel, but a complex of a hotel and villas, located in an olive garden right on the seashore. Moreover, there these olives are of a rather respectful age and all are preserved, some now “grow” simply on the terraces of villas. There are many interesting sculptures on the territory that evoke positive emotions. The flowers on the balconies are also pleasing to the eye. There are two outdoor pools - an adult and a children's one (sunbeds and umbrellas are free), a playground, but, to be honest, it's so-so - one name, but there is a children's playroom in the main building. There are courts and a spa. The main contingent is Russian-speaking vacationers. Wi-Fi is free at the reception and outdoor area of the restaurant.
In this hotel, ALL meals are possible (surcharge to HB 10 Euro per day per person), moreover, this includes a pool bar.
The beach is yours - for those who are on ALL, sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge, for the rest 10 Euros per set.

The rooms in the main building and the villas are of course different. The furniture in the villas is shabby, peeling and scratched, in general, tired. In the bathroom there is also something to complain about. But there are apartments with a kitchen, moreover, it is very originally done in such a way that the kitchen and the room are separated by frosted windows that open and you can serve food directly on the table from the stove. The room has air conditioning, TV, telephone, slippers, soap accessories, shower. There are rooms with sea views, please note that some of the rooms will have this view through the villas under construction, i. e. long armatures sticking out of unfinished walls, and tower cranes will not decorate it.
The rooms in the main building look more respectable - updated, with TV, air conditioning, telephone, mini-bar, safe, bidet, shower, soap accessories.
It is quite possible to recommend this hotel for families with children - the territory allows and infrastructure.
From this hotel, within walking distance is the beach of Lucice (Lucize) - this is a very beautiful small and cozy cove. A taxi ride there will cost 2-3 Euros, an umbrella + sunbed will cost 6 Euros, but no one will forbid you to relax there and enjoy the beauty on your towel for free. The beach is surrounded by an excellent picturesque park, which is simply fragrant with the aromas of various exotic plants - be sure to visit! Why, in fact, I recommend visiting there, the fact is that in Montenegro there is such an inexplicable thing as the perfect difference of the sea in different places - it's just different colors everywhere! Therefore, it is simply necessary to diversify your sensations.
Keep in mind that the official opening of this beach is only in mid-June, so before that, the umbrellas have not yet been mounted and the toilets are not working.
I wish you a good rest!
