The R-Tours company accepted us, met us, put us in a comfortable bus, gave out envelopes with a responsible guide.
Pros:
The hotel is located on the first line, came out of it, 20 meters and the sea. The beach is clean, right on the promenade, you don’t have to go far. The room has a kitchen with all appliances, pots and pans. Only the knife was missing. At 100 meters from the hotel there is a supermarket "VOLI", then the market after 150 meters (there are only 2 sellers on the market on weekdays, but this is enough). Big market on Sundays. The city is quiet, not for parties.
Minuses:

The manager met us, settled us in broken Russian. They just dragged the suitcases, and he was gone. No one else saw him, there was only a woman who followed the numbers, who clarified every two days if everything was in order if you accidentally ran into her. There are no mosquito nets, but there are at least a few mosquitoes, small, but biting. All views from the windows to the walls (center). Not all rooms have a place to dry towels. We took our own, but there were also three towels per person.
Bottom line: if you're not picky, you'll love it.
Tip: rent a car for 25-30 euros and go to the Bay of Kotor, take the start of the route through the ferry (4.5 euros) and around it. Read on the net where to stay and what to see. Save money and have a great experience.
