I rested at the Obala 3 * hotel from 08/20/11 to 08/30/11. In general, the impressions of the hotel are good, there are of course shortcomings, but on vacation you just need to score on them and enjoy your vacation.
A ticket from R-tours, we arrived at Podgorica airport at about 7 pm, met by the tour operator Pilon (Nord). It took us an hour and a half to get to the hotel by bus, we stopped on the highway, but the guide took us straight to the reception. We settled right away without any problems, they even offered dinner, although the time was later. The room is quite normal - a large bed, a toilet, a shower, a hairdryer, a TV (we never watched it), something like a kitchen (glasses, cups, plates, knives, forks), a sink, a table, a balcony is very small , there is also a table, but it is impossible to sit there, since the air conditioner is brought out there.
In general, I just fell in love with the country at first sight - I will definitely return there.

We took breakfast - dinner. For breakfast, a buffet, quite normal - we were not hungry, juice and tea were not tasty, and coffee was even very good. Omelet, vegetables, pastries, cheese, sausage, watermelon and melon from fruits, etc. For dinner necessarily soup, salad, and a choice of 5 or 6 hot dishes. The waiters are very good, though they always served us alone (I don’t know, maybe they have an agreement there). We had lunch in other cafes, mainly in the Porat restaurant for 5 euros a set lunch very tasty.
I don't know if the room was cleaned, but the towels were changed every day and the garbage was thrown out.
It takes 2 minutes to go to the beach, but we walked a little further, before reaching the tunnel. Of course, there were a lot of people, but there were always places. The sea is clean, warm and very beautiful in color.
We went on two tours: 1. Dubrovnik and Lokrum. Dubrovnik is super, in principle, there is nothing on Lokrum except for peacocks. So I advise you to take only one Dubrovnik.
2. Cetinje, Negushi, Kotor - I liked it only in Kotor. Very beautiful old town, similar to Dubrovnik.
In general, it is better to go everywhere by yourself, since there is little time for excursions and you have to run everywhere.
If you go uphill from the hotel and exit onto the Adriatic highway, then there are buses going to both sides of the coast.
